I’d like to share my recent experience at this establishment. During my visit, it was evident that they were bustling with lunchtime activity. The restaurant had a good number of people seated and enjoying their meals when I stopped by. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff remained consistently polite and attentive to me.

The first impression of this Wendy’s interior was good. It looked nice and new. The longer we stayed though, the worse I saw. The dining room was a mess. Most of the tables weren’t wiped. There was trash on the floor. The 30 minutes or so we were there no one came out to actively clean. The restrooms also needed attention. The food was on par for Wendy’s though. The staff wasn’t exceptional or terrible. I would probably recommend this one for drive thru versus dine in if this is how the interior is usually maintained (or not in this case).

This has always been our go to place. No more!!! New manager is so rude!!! Placed a mobile order and was told they don’t have it in their system ” very rudely ” ok things happen with technology but when I showed her on my app and bank account she wouldn’t look!!! She rolled her eyes and was like oh well call the 1800 number. A couple weeks ago this same manager was rude to us over a dine in mobile order. I had to explain to her what that was and she laughed at me I let it go but to talk that way to me twice? No thank you!!! Don’t do mobile orders here!!! Go somewhere else to eat!!! I understand places are desperate for employees but it costing you customers is not ok. Eat local. No more fast food for us!!!! Passkey in PW is great!!!! Guys my order was for $5 and change for my kid!!!!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Ordered a baked potato, paid for a baked potato, then was told they had no baked potatoes. Told them I’d just go elsewhere however they wouldn’t refund and just offered me fries which were cold by the time I had to make a return trip to get the rest of the order right. Won’t be back, complete waste of money and time.

Walked in no one was at front counter. We waited for 5 min, before going to Mc Donalds. If service is how Wendy’s makes money, just close the store, or sell to a company that cares about it’s customers.
