I have 2 complaints… the lady at the drive threw windows around 6 30 pm on October 28 who has extreamly long hair who was also handling food and drinks hair was going every where blowing in and on bags of food… I really think that her hair she be put up and managed better. DO NOT round up your change, these corporations try to make you feel good with a small donation but they get HUGE tax write offs from your spare change, donate to the cause directly if its important to you!

Cashier handed my order to another customer who removed the food and wrapper to inspect and realized the order was wrong. Returned to cashier who saw me standing there and handed me the bag of food. Then couldn’t understand why I demanded a refund. Acted like I was the problem because I would not just wait two days and request a refund from Wendy’s.com.

I eat here just about every single day for lunch. If you’re going to charge for extra sauce, make sure the sauce is in the bag. Nothing’s more frustrating than paying for extra and not getting what I asked for. I think it’s stupid I have to pay for Sauce anyways it should be given with every meal PERIOD.

09.26.2025 The girl at the counter was super sweet. Everything else sucked. Many people waiting and NOT getting their food. All I wanted was a single that was at least cooked. Wendy’s do you all realize that serving undercooked food to someone (me) that has immune issues can cause me to get sick? A lawsuit waiting to happen. I threw my cold undercooked food away, bc calling got me nowhere, bc no one answers. I will be calling corporate on Monday. At least pretend harder to cook the burger meat. I can’t eat my $12 sandwich being I got the meal and COLD FRIES.
I rate this place a BIG FAT ZERO! If you like terribly cold slopped slopped-together food, well then this is your place. Attitudes here are a lot to be desired. You’d do better cooking or going to another fast food place. Stay clear!!

Made a Mobile order took the first bite and see my food is raw. I’m upset tried calling to have them fix this and they let the phone ring and ring tried multiple times with no luck. When they answered they asked me to call back because the manager wasn’t taking calls, what.

I really enjoy the value of the $5 Biggie Bag, which is a great deal. However, I’ve had issues with the food’s quality; the burgers are often cold and the fries taste stale. I hope this can be improved.

You get five stars because of Stephanie she has great customer service skills always cleaning the tables asking customers if everything is okay. Very happy to see that after all when you’re out in the dining area you’re putting on a show for the customer you’re showing the customer you care about their dining experience that’s why you mop the floor repeatedly weather it needs to be cleaned or not it’s a show for the customer.
