Holy grease Batman. I’m not sure if they add butter to the English muffins for the sandwich but it felt like I was eating half a stick of butter. I got the sausage egg and cheese muffin combo.Carmel Cream Coffee was less than mid and the potato wedges were cold.

I’m a doordasher and was picking up an order from this place and decided to get dessert to go along with the dinner that I had made and brought with me. My wife goes with me when I doordash for safety reasons. We sit at the counter with this guy who seems like he was high on something and it took him 20 minutes to figure out how to work the register and he kept asking us to repeat our order 3 or 4 times. Paid for our food only to find out that they didn’t have coffee available. Instead of offering a refund they tried to offer us something that wasn’t even equivalent to the value of what we ordered. And then completely screwed up what we ordered anyways by giving us an incorrect item. I asked for a medium chocolate ice cream brownies and Oreos swirl and they gave me small with vanilla ice cream. He did give me a medium but then said I could also just have the small but again it was vanilla instead of chocolate ice cream. We also ordered a large drink which my wife took her time to look through the drink machine to see exactly which drink she would like as their selection was very broad. The manager was very rude rolling his eyes at us getting fresh with this and seem very impatient with us in the fact that nothing that they offered would satisfy the fact that really we only wanted coffee. On top of all of that when we got to the car with our order plus the doordash order the cinnabons that we ordered ended up being stale and hard and not edible. All in all the whole ordeal was very unpleasant and I don’t think I will ever be going back to that Wendy’s to order food again. On top of that I found out from my platform that they reported me saying that I was intoxicated because of the fact that I got slightly irritated when they did not have the coffee that my wife wanted. Hilarious that the guy reported me for being intoxicated when in fact the guy who took my order seemed to be intoxicated himself and not know what he was doing. Also did not look or smell like the guy had a shower in a week. All in all I would recommend going somewhere else to get your food because this place is definitely a waste of time and if they don’t like you or you don’t accept what they offer then they’ll go out of their way to play petty games. I have since blocked this restaurant on my platform as I’m a platinum Dasher with 5.0 ratings and don’t need this bs ruining my income and taking food out of my children’s mouths.

When I first drove up to the drive through, I was greeted by a curt young man that only said “Wait.” through the speaker. After about 5 minutes he came back and said “What do you want?”, I told him that I had called in an order, he barked “Then drive up to the second window.” I drove up, there was a group of 3 or 4 employees giggling and messing around inside. Eventually the curt young man opened the window, passed out one of the beverages I’d ordered, then he disappeared again . . .
Now bear in mind, I’d put in the order 30 or 40 minutes prior, to be picked up at the time I’d arrived, it was already bought and paid for, I was there, but the order clearly wasn’t ready. The restaurant was nearly deserted, I was the only vehicle in the drive through and the employees were goofing around instead of helping the customers they were being paid to take care of. Eventually the food and the other beverage arrived, it was handed to me and the window slammed shut with never a word of welcome or a thank you the entire time.
As for the food, the fries were extremely salty and unpalatable, the chicken strips made my stomach hurt, the hamburger my stepdaughter ordered was completely incorrect. She only wanted cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise on it. Instead it came with everything – lettuce, onions, pickles, tomatoes, in short, everything. Between the rudness of the staff, their inability to follow simple directions that are clearly spelled out form them, my first visit to this Wendy’s will also be my last – I’ll never go back to this location ever again.

Horrible service! guy at the drive thru spoke rudely to us, took forever to get our order even though I ordered through the app almost an hour ago, didn’t mix my shake fully, and on top of it got my order wrong, will not eat here again wish I read the reviews first. I do not recommend

Seriously what happened with Wendy’s? You go to fast food you don’t expect much you barely expect to get the order correctly. When did Wendy stop using fresh lettuce and start using bagged lettuce? I got two double stacks with cheese. They were burnt with stale bread and bagged lettuce. How disgusting. The chili was good at least. So sad this used to be the best fast food restaurant.

I paid $6.69 for a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken didn’t cover the bottom bun. Wendy’s has been getting more and more expensive but now that they are charging 7 bucks for chicken the same size as the cheap chicken patties, I won’t be back. I tried talking to the young man at the window and he just basically told me tough luck instead of offering to replace it. Maybe I should have been angry and loud instead of apologetic, but either way, it pissed me off and if I ever go back to a Wendy’s, it won’t be that location.

Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, but ever since COVID they seem to understaff all of their locations. I have been to this one twice, and each time our order was incorrect, missing something, and the second time they gave us a salad that had clearly gone bad (brown, wilted lettuce everywhere).
If you only get fries here you’ll be happy, but anything else seems to be beyond this location’s ability. Its too bad because I love the baconator, but it just hasnt been even half decent here.
It also always takes way too long to get the food even when there are only a couple other cars in line. I cant recommend going here
