This Wendy’s is horrible! After a long day at work I decided to stop and get dinner thinking about making my life easier tonight! I ordered my food only to get home and all of it is cold and the hamburger was raw! Definitely will never comeback to this location after the unsafe food quality! I’m really hoping the one who ate most of the hamburger does not get sick

Probably one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve gone to. ordered two chicken BLTs one with no tomato and they got the order right but everything is cold and my bun is stale. And 50 cent per extra sauce is wild. Never coming back and will advise others to stay away.

Went in for a simple Jr bacon dbl stack and a added a 6pc nugget. One of my nuggets looked like it had a bite mark in it so I brought it back. When I asked for a different 6 pc after a cashier threw away the nuggets I guess the manager girl started questioning weather or not I took the bite. Which did annoy me since why would I do that? For free nuggets? I got back the same amount of nuggets that the cashier threw out. And the manager girl started making fun of me to employees. When I left I realized my burger did not have bacon so I went back not for a sandwich remake but just for some bacon and the cashier immediately got the manager and she kinda looked like she didn’t want to deal with me but I told her the situation and she gave me a container with bacon. I would have given a better review but by the time I got to the burger it was cold. The fries were cold from the start.

Ordered a single patty baconator combo. And the spicy chicken combo. Picture below explains it’s self. Both combos cost $25 total. Will not return to Wendy’s period. Carl’s Jr is still way better.

I came through the drive-thru tonight, I ordered two large biggie bags with Junior bacon cheeseburgers. One of the large fries was supposed to have light salt. Included is the picture of my fries, and the amount of soda that I got in my cup, and on top of that there were only three chicken nuggets in both biggie bags. And on one of the Junior bacon cheeseburgers there was no bacon. I spent over $20 here, and get to my friends across town and realize that everything is wrong. If you want Wendy’s, don’t go to this one.

So Monday night 9/23 at 12:05 am I place a order at drive through for 2 double stacks and a medium fry. I go to parking lot to eat the frys were cold and tasted old and the meat on the double stacks was barley warm,dark and look shrinked and I payed 10$ for this. Could I have gotten my order replaced probably but instead I want to make it known there is a problem here and replacing the order covers it up. This Wendy’s use to be on point to. Please consider standards for your customers.

Went through the drive thru told me their system didnt work for the coupons and that I’d have to go into order. So I waited till the line moved and went inside. The lady at the front told me that they had to cancel it and I would have to reorder. So I reordered. Got home went to eat the spicy chicken and it was not only cold it was raw in the middle needless to say this will be my last visit to this wendys.

Possibly the WORST Wendy’s in Colorado (yes, the entire state). Their kitchen is fully staffed, but yet instill it takes maybe 10-15 mins to order. There is an additional wait for you to recieve your order, and fingers crossed that it’s correct or made with any attention to detail. Then the cherry on top is your food will be cold. It makes absolutely zero sense. I had to contact the manager to have my order fixed and made for a later date. When I arrived, same thing…long wait just for MORE cold food. This is definitely my last visit.
Edit 1yr later: Today I came and requested to have my food made to order. When I arrived to the 2nd window I received a 1/2 box of cold fries, etc. I asked the window clerk if it were made to order and she stated no, stated that my order was not put in the system correctly. She proceeded to correct my order my pouring my cold food back into the grease and again packaging everything back up as if it were just made, to include the 1/2 box of fries. I requested to just get a refund. The girl took my card and she that she would process it. The assistant manager Chelsea then comes to the window stating that she is unable to do a return because her general manager Bianca is on vacation and took her access to process a return. So basically I have no choice but to waste my money here. Everyone was really sweet but the quality of their service is horrible. At this point I guess it’s my fault for coming back. Thinking to contact corporate because there is no way this is okay. This is the plastic I was chewing on while eating my chill. Just grateful it was me and not someone’s child.
