Stopped to eat about 12:30 in the day and the drive thru was very busy, quite a few people inside ordering also so I wondered how it was going to be. The young lady at the register was very friendly with a great smile and a positive attitude. she was handling the register and sacking orders and keeping up with it and I noticed she limping a little, had a brace or wrap on her ankle and it looked like she was hurting but she was doing a terrific job. I admire her work ethic and sunny outlook even when hurting and busy. Not only was the service good but the place was clean, tables and floor, and the restroom was clean, A good place to stop at.

Entered the drive thru alone ordered two chicken biscuit breakfast sandwiches. The lady says pull to the window without confirming nor relaying the total. Pulled to the window and the total was mimbled at me incoherently. I handed my payment over received the receipt and food which felt light and the total seemed short but as I couldn’t make what was said I couldn’t catch the error in time to correct it. I was rang up for , charged for and given one of the two simple sandwiches with no alterations as if I’d been giving tasks to Sisyphus in a chinese dial ct of ancient Egyptian heiroglyphics.

Drive thru order. They told me to pull up they were waiting for fresh fries. I tried them as soon as they gave me the bad i grab sone fries and bam cold and old! Very upset. Paid extra for large just to not eat them

Look I work retail and I get how hard it can be to please customers but what happened tonight was inexcusable. I had a mobile order and came through the drive through to see almost every single employee on a closing shift at 10:30pm looks like a minor not a single adult or anyone in charge. We then waited for 20 minutes for our food that we had ordered 10 minutes before even arriving, and the entire order was wrong from the drinks to the entire contents of the bag… In this economy when I spend over 30$ in food it better be the right food. This location has no leadership and if it does they need to be replaced immediately. Not only for the business to run smoothly but for the employees that are clearly lacking leadership and it shouldn’t be just kids closing period.

Wish the owner had not moved opening time from 6:00am to 6:30am, and now I will not be able to use it very often. It takes time to develop a following. If Wendy’s nationwide would open breakfast 6am at all locations, I believe the chain would develop a strong following. Right now McDees OWNS breakfast, mostly because of consistent availability and open times nationwide.

The Wendy’s on 8th stops breakfast at 10am if the manager here can’t figure out their timing, that isn’t the customers fault, the attitude I got from the cashier is ridiculous. I had people honking at me like it’s my fault! Terrible service.

I ordered a crispy chicken blt with the mayo swapped for ranch. Missing the bacon and the tomato? But they did swap the mayo for ranch so points for that and everything else was fine. Just upset missing some of the key components of the sandwhich

The Cinnabon pull apart is less than HALF FULL. The bread is hard as a rock. ITS CRUMBLE NOT PULL APART. Its been reheated multiple times for sure. franchise owner wants maximum profit.

First time going in about 3 years. I went in to pick up an order and they still had it on the scale and a very rude female employee swatted her hand at me and said I needed to just grab it. I’m not just going to go in and start grabbing things off the counter that I don’t know is mine. Poor customer service.
