Can’t give any stars because they decided it was a good idea to lock their dining room doors tonight. So, not only were we not able to eat here, there were probably at least 12 people dining inside that were locked in the restaurant. I am pretty sure that is a fire code violation!

I am a sports official. I was visiting the Fort Lupton CO Wendys on 85 and HWY52 right before a game, around 3pm. I had a question regarding the price difference between the mini Frosty and the Small Frosty. In the Denver area the Mini is 1.39 and the Small is 2.39. I was received by a young lady at the register. When I asked why this Wendys is charging 2.39 for the mini Frosty her reply was i dont make the prices. I then asked for a manager just so someone can explain the price discrepancy to me. Sher stated she was a manager and before she can get another word out a boy came to the counter and said “shut the @#$% up” . I was surprised and the he blurted “get the @#$% out “. I looked at the ” so called manager ” and she had nothing to say and persisted to tell me to leave. What is going on with Wendys. I will never step foot in another Wendys.

The oatmeal bars looked as if somebody had straight taken a bite out of an oatmeal cookie, the fries were very salty, and the nuggets tasted and felt as if they were sitting in the food heater for awhile. But the customer service was on point

I ordered a $6 baggie and got charged $12. When I called and asked the manager nicely for a refund she told me if I didn’t go to the store with my receipt there was nothing they can do about it. She was very rude.

I went to Wendy’s for the first time after 15 years, expecting a better experience. Ordered their new mozzarella chicken sandwich, very disappointed. The sandwich comes with mozzarella cheese, chicken and sauce, except mine had no sauce. Along with that I ordered a frosty vanilla frapp except it wasn’t frosty, they gave me coffee . When I asked is this a frosty the cashier told me that’s how they come. Will not be going there again.
