My son loves Wendy’s chicken nuggets. This location is the only one to ever charge me for BBQ sauce. Not extra. They charged me.50 for one. It’s the point that made me so upset not the money.

12.2022 UPDATE
Best visit I’ve had here since their first opening months! Hot, fresh food and it came fast! The fries were fantastic, the lobby was very clean and stocked. Howie at dine in is genuinely friendly and super nice. He and the fresh food today made me decide to start coming back here again. Here’s to a hopeful future!

6.2022 UPDATE: Impossibly, it’s getting worse. Dirty lobby, old nuggets (and only 9 instead of 10), they won’t refill the ketchup pumps, tv and fireplace off, no one greets you – they aren’t rude, but customer service is non-existent.

The last two times we have went to this location, they have messed up on our food. Tonight’s visit, they shorted us a nugget on our 10 piece we ordered, which isn’t that big of a deal, but when you have little ones who see uneven amounts, it is, and they didn’t give us our fries that were supposed to come with our meal. I’ve called the restaurant twice and no one answers…

This Wendy’s has gone downhill since the old crew left. I remember helping open this place, being proud of that, working my butt off to give this place a glowing performance with the crew that I’d come to respect.
Nicole Franco was a good manager. The new ones seem uninterested in their establishment. The people on the line? Looking to me while I waited up front for an order to be taken. The food? Average, bland. Practically tasteless. I’m sad that this place went downhill. I spent 3 and a half years working to make this place as good as it could be, and now it’s just as bad as the McDonald’s just up the street, just more expensive. I’d rather go there than eat here again, in spite of superior products.
Please, Nicole, if you see this? I miss the vibe you brought to this place. I miss the vibe that the crew had, and the passion to do a good job. Hire more people that exemplify Wendy’s core values and beliefs.
