I’m not sure how Wendy’s is still in business. They got our order wrong and my spicy grilled chicken sandwich tasted rancid. Also, the bathroom at this location could really use some updating. Never again.

Dude, this place just sucks. Every. Single. Time. I come here they forget something I order. And every single time they are fully staffed, and not busy. I don’t go during rush hour. Today, I ordered two meals, I asked if I was good to go and he said yes. Get out of line and check the bag, missing an entire meal. I’ve got groceries in the car but I can’t waste $12. I go back inside, kid recognizes me and says “I got it right here” before I say anything. Cool, I seriously have to go because I have a 30 minute drive with freezer items. Get in the car, they forgot my fries. My gf offered me her fries because that’s really all I wanted, and her fries are old, barely warm. This place sucks, I know they don’t make enough to pay rent in this climate but they make more that the dental assistants right next door at comfort dental, and they have a full freaking staff, theres not excuse other than just plain laziness. The is not a one bad day review, this has happened at this location at least a dozen times now in the past 1-2years. Get your stuff together. Your food isn’t cheap anymore.

Every wendys I’ve ever been to has always taken care of me with a plain beef doggie patty for like under 2 bucks. These goobers just acted like they’ve never ever heard of people buying a doggie patty before and charged me 6 bucks for a plain patty. Plus the other food I got was barely even warm. Wendy’s is Wendy’s, I needed to get the kids a quick bit to eat as we still had an hour drive home. Rowan (sp) was at the register. He was so nice, friendly, patient, and over all was a great example of great customer service. He is as asset to this location. When he wasn’t taking orders, he was cleaning the lobby which is something I rarely see. Often I see dirt lobbies and staff just chatting with each other. What was a long and stressful day, Rowan’s smile and ready to assist attitude was just a nice touch.

This Wendy’s is the best. It’s in Conifer. They are open when the weather sucks. When life is hard. People splitting hairs over this or that without realizing how hard it is to run this place up here. Man, just chill out. I love this place. Thank you to everyone who has and will work here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. The effort was there – from the girl (trying to) helping us, Sarah. I seemed like it was her first day though, and ZERO support from her manager, who was quick to not only pass the buck to Sarah and interrupt her climbing a ladder to fill the lemonade, to ask her if she had taken our order yet…. But NOT to take our order herself, or take over the lemonade (which she wouldn’t have even needed the ladder to reach) so Sarah could, try to, take our order. We were excited to try Wendy’s breakfast, and on our way to work, otherwise we would have left at this point. We had already been standing there 10 minutes or so, and really couldn’t believe the manager just kept walking past us. Even saying, “she will be right with you” one of the times she walked by, not appearing to be busy doing anything else and totally unwilling to help us, or Sarah.
We both ordered #2, sausage egg and Swiss croissant… which ended up having American cheese instead of Swiss, but was pretty good. The caramel iced coffee and the seasoned potatoes were both AMAZING.
Glad I was able to stop my mother from climbing over the counter to fight the manager chick.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes at the counter. People before me left with no service, I left soon after. Got tired of waiting for anyone to take my order. Hope owner fires these idiots that camt even clean the place. Lost 6 people today.

Food isn’t cooked all the way through, place is filthy inside, the bathrooms constantly flood, the workers use rotting food, service is stale, the same 10 songs are always playing on repeat, tables are usually dirty as well as the trashcans, the drive through is covered in oil and the dumpster area us covered in nasty debris that will hurt the enviorment if it gets caught up in the wind, the managers are entitled and don’t give 10 min breaks and they under pay thier workers, also everything’s contaminated meaning blood or other foods are mixing and contaminating others and alot of foods are used after stale.

I admit I have a weakness for Wendy’s ever since we adopted our little girl, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have eyes to see or ears to hear. The music was a little loud. Food, however, was fresh and delicious and the guy serving us was a breath of fresh air after a fast paced day in Denver before heading back to Cortez. Heat fans, you will want to take advantage of the Ghost Pepper sauce while it is still there even for the fries. It is awesome! Just ask for it! And what can I say but Bacon and Mushroom for the win! May be limited time, but I will take it.
