I am beginning to see why fast food joints feel like they’re on their way out. Cause this Wendy’s is lacking like many other places before it.

The place was kept pretty clean, though, so they get points for that. Outside that, I am willing to bet the food I ordered was just sitting back there since the lunch rush. It was lukewarm to a point I can taste the chill of the onion pretty clearly.

Also, it doesn’t help that their value menus hardly contain any value, anymore.

Went for breakfast. It was 10:45 i know some locations stop breakfast at 10:30 am and somw at 11:00 am. The breakfast menu was still on drive through board so we ordered based of menu shown at the time. Got a #8. Sausage burrand a #1 breakfast sandwich combo. Total was about $25 it seemed like a bit much but i thought added fees or tax and paid so i could get to work. The lady at the drive through was nice but said nothing about my order being lunch not breakfast or repeated order back to ensure it was correct. Very disappointed because i dont like wendys regular menu but love the breakfast. This location suck and seems to have zero accountability for any worker. Shame on you, do better.

This place has been pretty well ever since I started visiting this place to eat at nights. Good hamburgers and now they did a great job at making the chicken tenders. They haven’t messed up on my orders yet and I hope it stays that way. All I gotta say is that they did way better than the Wendy’s on 120th and Melody. Although I don’t understand why this place gets bad reviews but it could be the day management.

Ordered a crispy spicy chicken through the drive thru. The customer service was not that great to begin with. Once I got home and took the first bite, something was off with the texture. I removed the chicken patty and cut it in half, and realized it was raw in the middle. I called the store, and a young man answered, and I informed him, he told me to wait a minute. Heard people laughing in the background of the call after he told them, and then a woman answered the phone. The lady was extremely rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience. On the contrary, she proceeded to yell at me over the phone for complaining about the service and the food.

I got a wild cherry frostie, I wasn’t the biggest fan so out of curiosity I asked one of the workers if I could possibly exchange it for a different dessert, the worker proceeded to say ” no that’s not possible and I saw you drink out of it and I don’t want to touch it it’s gross”. Honestly it was just rude and so unnecessary. He had a terrible attitude and it made me loose my appetite. HATE THIS GUY.

Typically when I come to this location I go through the drive thru and haven’t had many issues. Tonight was a different story. I tried ordering delivery through doordash and ended up waiting almost an hour before being able to cancel the order and get SOME doordash credits back. For some reason the order was cancelled by the restaurant and then reordered without me doing anything. While I was waiting/figuring out how to cancel the order, I saw 4 different dashers attempt to pick up the order and ended up taking themselves off of it. I don’t know what happened but this store needs to be MUCH MUCH better

The workers here are not nice, have an attitude problem and overcharge thinking that customers won’t notice. Basically calls me a freeloader because I use the frosty keytag and ordered a senior coffee which they ring up as a large coffee (these items are supposed to be free). I hear them whining & complaining and talking smack in the kitchen, very unprofessional. Also, this place has a MOLD problem. My tomatoes were moldy on my burger and the onions were filmy and slimy. The burgers are always bland unsalted old cold dry meat and the fries are always soggy and cold. The Seasoned Wedge Potatoes in the morning have been moldy lately and don’t taste right. They taste like wet soil. This isn’t right. That’s a health hazard. This place needs a health inspection. They are ALWAYS short on workers and the lobby is ALMOST ALWAYS closed. This is the very WORST Wendy’s location.

I had the worst experience. Was treated totally rude and I felt so ashamed of my own skin I waited for 10 min Noone would take my order or acknowledge my family’s presence. I asked for the manager info and the drive thru attendant told me Anna is in the back she don’t care why should I under his mask .no rush or Noone inside I left sad on the poor quality of service Wendy now has serving its customers..

This is a very busy location, which results in fresh food prepared after you’ve ordered. They are as quick as can be expected. On this occasion, we dined-in. Restrooms were a bit of a mess, but no more than is reasonable for a QSR, especially considering volume. Soap dispenser had been pulled off the wall, I’m sure by some unruly customer. Dining area was neat, clean and well stocked. Food was delicious and hot.
