I visited this store because it was the closest location to me. It was around 6 p.m., and there were about two people in the dining area. I ordered a JBC, a double stack, and a small drink. Food was actually cooked to order. What I found pleasantly surprised was that they have a fountain drink machine that offers multiple coke flavors. The dining room was clean, and the sun shone throughout the restaurant. I enjoyed my meal while listening to soft rock music. I guess I was blessed to have a good experience based on all their previous reviews.

I went through the drive thru Sunday morning to get an early lunch on 12/21. I ordered the number 5 combo meal small what can I say. The wrap was stuffed with filling, just the right amount of ranch dressing, French fries were hot and just enough salt. Refreshing meal from Wendy’s I’ll be back to this location again good job done.

It was a great experience. They put breakfast away early and settled for lunch. Baconator was kind of skimpy on bacon “Where’s The Meat”
. However it a big burger. I asked for crosscut fries and didn’t check the screen. So this is a great place, perfect choice for fast food. They’re not perfect, but if you check their work, it’s as good as you can get.

Went in for two 6$ bundles and a kids meal the fries where fresh but I was upset about my burger thought they honestly forgot to give me tomato and since was traveling gonna have to eat the cost anyways just was a sad lil sandwich

If I could do ZERO stars, I would!! We spent $32 on two fish combos, a kids meal, and an extra 4 piece nugget and the only thing that could be eaten was the chicken nuggets and drinks. The kids meal cheese burger was chili meat, (if you ever worked at a Wendy’s, you know…), the fries were cold, and the two fish fillets were either so over cooked they were rocks, or they had been sitting in the bin for far longer than the hour allotted for “fresh food”. The person that took our order was so stoned he couldn’t even get through the order without asking us to repeat it multiple times. The employees were so lazy, they put two combos AND the kids meal all in the same bag. We tried calling the store and after 10-15 rings, they answered and hung up. The quality of this food and service are so far behind the Wendy’s standard, I can’t imagine what the management must be like. We do not live in the area and were traveling home so we’re not able to just go back. Instead we went on our way hungry. Do better. And I really hope this reaches the district manager. Beyond unacceptable!!!!

Stopped by during the lunch rush spontaneously because I had a craving for Wendy’s chili. Asked for cheese and onions, only got cheese, and there was an excess of juice but not much beans or meat. They didn’t include a chili seasoning packet or two which was a bummer. The spicy chicken was great, but the fries were just warm for lunch rush expectation. Cookie was great, frosty is always great. It felt like the two gals working the window were more concerned with rushing me along out of the window rather than taking a breather to ensure a pleasantly paced interaction and overall experience. Would come back but this visit was underwhelming.

Not sure what happened but the last 3 times we got Wendy’s at this location it’s given someone in my family the same food poisoning symptoms. Gas, vomiting, and diarrhea within an hour of eating. The food looked fresh so I’m assuming it’s how the food was handled. Last night was the last night I’ll go to this location.

Every time I order through the drive through my order is completely wrong. I will never go back here. It’s unfortunate that customers need to physically check the orders prior to driving away from the drive thru. Paying for a service should not need to involve doing their job! Very disappointing!!!

Took 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and nuggets, they completely ignored making it plain as ordered and the Coke was mixed with something else. Excuse was to make everything fresh, but it was all warm at best.

I ordered a Dave’s double, received some old cold meat in a bun. Wasn’t a Dave double. I went back to complain they gave me a Dave’s double that was slightly warm but stale and had no ketchup on it. I went back and they appeared upset that I went back a third time and gave me a bunch of ketchup packets to remedy my burger which by now was cold. I could see through the window and here in the background that they were goofing around and joking and horsing around in the kitchen. They obviously don’t take customer satisfaction as a priority
