I feel like people only leave reviews if something went wrong, but I felt like it was worth saying that the food we got this evening from Wendy’s was freaking awesome. I don’t know the exact time, but it was sometime between 530 and 630 tonight and we had a couple “customizations.” Whoever the cooks were did an amazing job and the food quality was darn amazing for a Wendy’s restaurant. Thank you to the cooks who got the customizations exactly right for my picky friends (okay it was me). Even the Frosty seemed extra on point-lol Good job from management to the drive-through staff and most definitely the kitchen staff. Keep up the good work and you are appreciated!!!!

The dining room atmosphere is almost always clean, it has lots of spaces for us to enjoy our meal together with comfort, TV’s, fireplace, and a back glass patio area. We enjoy a night out at this location at least once a week, and I have come to this location for over 22 years. Wendy’s has family friendly meal deal prices, especially using the app to make mobile orders earning rewards and daily offers.. you can use both a reward and an offer together in one order on the Wendy’s app! It often saves our family a good deal. The food is good quality and they get special orders right most of the time (like no bun or no sauces.. etc).. Most food and frosty are tasty and satisfying. Their beef is never from frozen. I do not personally recommend the frosty cold brew coffee. It does not have an appealing coffee flavor, at all. There is a long time manager there, That has made my family often divert to a different location when we know he is working, even though we really like this one the best. His attitude is sometimes growly, and he doesn’t like you standing up there waiting for your order at the counter. He has been better lately, so it has been good. He does make sure that the orders come out correctly, and I guess that’s what matters most. I have to say though.. when there is someone else running the front, there have been some pretty cool people behind that counter!

DATE: November 16, 2025 – went to the drive thru to pick up an order which included a jr. bacon cheeseburger. Unwrapped it and it looked odd. Part of the bun was hard, the meat was bone dry – it completely was inedible.
Wendy’s is having to close hundreds of locations and I will NOT be surprised if this is one of them since they served an inexplicably disgusting piece of trash they tried to pass off as a burger.

Went this morning before work, bought two breakfast baconators and they tasted off. Turns out both had sausages that were burnt black. Called over 10 times, no answer.. Complete BS

The guy that was working on 1/8/24 at 11:30pm is horrible. Sat at the window for about 5 minutes so I asked him about how much longer on my order. He says a few more minutes, I told him I work for Wendys too and I know it doesn’t take that long, he was shocked that I told him that then he says “ it’s going to be a few more minutes so soon as it’s done we’ll give it to you “ whoever is the Close manager needs to train him some more. He has horrible customer service and he doesn’t use the ice scoop. I seen him make 4 mango pineapple lemonades and not once use the ice scoop.

Order a Parmesan Caesar Salad… was so disappointed. All it had was lettuce and chicken. Looking at Wendy’s website it was not as it’s mentioned. Salad had no tomatoes, cheese or parmesan crisps…
