Stopped here for lunch on a Monday. The baked potato with sour cream and chives was good. However, the chili was somewhat spicier than usual and more watery as well. Several of the drink options in the machine were unavailable.
Service was a little slow, but okay. The space was clean but had a number of pylons notifying of wet floors. They had apparently been left out for some time since the floors were all dry when I was there. They do have Wi-Fi for customers.
None of the parking spots were in use when I arrived.

The worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had!
The food was cold like it came straight from the fridge—no flavor, no freshness. I ordered a Pepsi, but it was just a cup full of ice and color, with absolutely no taste.
I couldn’t even eat the food—I literally threw it away!
This was my first and definitely last time visiting this place. Honestly, I’ve never hated a restaurant this much. I do not recommend it at all.

Went to grab breakfast during my break, was given the wrong order. Had to wait until my lunch to show them. Asked for the manager and he knew right away what happened. He immediately made the mistake right and some. Good customer service does exist and whoever made the decision to make that young man a manger made the right decision.

I’ve been to this location before and didn’t write a review previously, but they usually do a really good job. The only downside is that the bathrooms are locked, which is unfortunate. Considering how well they perform, it’s surprising, but out of all the Wendy’s I’ve visited, this one stands out positively compared to others. Perhaps it’s the recent remodel; it’s hard to say what exactly makes it better, but the staff is very nice there.

I swear no one at this location can count. On two different occasions within two weeks I ordered and paid for 4 count chicken tenders and got only three in the box. It’s just one of those things that irritates you but not really deserve to spend your energy on make a scene out of it. Anyways if you order food from here I recommend check everything before you drive away.

Everytime I order from the app and go to pick up the order i have to find an alternative to what I ordered because they don’t have it. Might as well take baked potatoes off the menu. I’ve ordered one 3 separate times and was told every time they were out or they needed 30 mins to prepare one.

Waited at the drive through at 12:15 for 5 minutes. They advertise open midnight or later . And on the app and Google they say they close at 1am. Circling the window I was able to see employees just relaxing and chillin. Yup. Imagine that

Awful fries and terrible customer service. It was 11:30, they close at 1am. I complained that the fries were cold and the guy working took them back, and handed some more fries back like 10 seconds later, saying “here you go boss” and they were about a degree warmer and hard. As I was writing this complaint, he asked what was going on and I said they were hard. He took them back again and handed me stale fries that had been quickly dropped into the oil. He asked if I wanted to park and wait for some fries. I’d rather just never go back. The burger was old, too.
