This location is okay, and it’s fairly easy to get to. The staff is usually very chill despite new faces every month. They do mess up my orders fairly regularly tho, which is disappointing. Its usually condiments (I get them removed) and add-ons, not so much the wrong item. I guess when you’re used to doing something a certain way it’s hard to back track. But they fixed it no problem when I was there, just really sucks when you order delivery.

I’ve definitely started favoring Wendys, over the other “competitors”. The food quality is better, more fresh, and they never mess up an order. Whether that be by, mobile order, drive thru or their very busy dining room. They handle the high school rushes with ease and timeliness!

Any bad reviews here are from Bad customers! This place is great! I’ve been coming for years not once have they screwed up my order I’m there twice a day sometimes but I give this current crew and past crews 5 stars all the way

I just had the worst service experience. I ordered breakfast for my son and they added something I didn’t ask for, which of course they charged me for. I asked them to please change the muffin. And with a sour face they did it and threw the muffin on the table so they would give it to me like that. I asked to cancel the order and get my money back and I told the manager that I saw her throw away my breakfast. From my son. She told me I have a lot of work, and I told her that wasn’t a reason to throw away breakfast. And she says she wants her money back. I tell her, of course. I hope they change their attitude because they can’t just throw away food when someone is present. I’m disappointed.

Came through the drive through which is fully automated and doesn’t let you complete your sentence. Get to the window to order what I actually tried and the worker made it more complicated. Pulled to the next window were they gave us 1 meal and an x burger and wouldn’t open the window, just staring at us. DONT RECOMMEND

Food is decent. Wrong sometimes. Workers all look like they don’t want to be there. No fake smiles or anything. My question now is… Why is the handicap parking spot all the way in the back next to the dumpster??? ADA is pretty bad here.

Young kids with a high turnover rate. Line is fast, but staff failed to communicate being out of a product. Just simply ignored. But my granddaughter is 3 and she didn’t forget. I waited 3 minutes, and a crew member looked up while she was prepping food, stuffing bags, and handing me stuff while the boy looked at his phone. I told them they forgot the item, and the boy stated they ran out. Would I like another item? I said, “Do you do particle refunds? Not a wait a minute , or hold on , just shut the windows got the manager and the manager came upfront to refund. It seemed like a pain by the look on the managers face and said, “No worries, I’ll do another item, which is what I tried to say before he shut the windows to call for the manager. Point to story: Be more patient, meaning allow the customer to respond completely before cutting communication off and continuing to look at an electronic device. He would of saved 7 minutes of both our lives by using 10 seconds to communicate properly. Besides that love this Wendy’s!!
