I normally go to this location because they have always been friendly and more important my orders gave been correct. Today was not that. I did not get what i ordered i had to go back to the store after getting home(didnt check order) again always had correct food. Today i was looking forward to being able to eat my meal hot which doesnt happen often. Instead my meal is now cold having to get my one sandwich that was not correct. If you want to keep people paying higher costs for your product do better. Dont have the customer feel like the staff is annoyed because the customer wants the order that they paid for. And if they do have to redo something remaking the fries for the meal would have been nice.

Long time customer i usually stop by after work frequently its really convenient close to home. Today I received the nastiest fries, nuggets, double dipped drowning in oil the cheese on my hamburger was so old it crusted up around the edges so much for fresh quality food this establishment definitely cuts corners to save money so sad it was my favorite place to eat i recommend whoever reads this just find another place to eat 7-11 across the street has better fresher options what a letdown shame on the manager and staff who deliberately serve hardworking costumers this garbage

I enjoy coming here for a classic chocolate frosty it’s nostalgic. Even better is get the biggie bag and substitute the drink for a small frosty! You literally pay $.25 extra to get the frosty totally worth it. With that being said i don’t think i could ever give any Wendy’s higher than a 3 sorry. But definitely great for a tie me over meal or a quick bite!

Service and food were great as they always are when I come in. I’ve been stopping at this location for 25+ years. My only complaint is the smell in the bathroom, I’m guessing it’s not an easy fix since it’s smelled like sewage back up for 25+ years as well.

If I could put no stars I would! They’ve served raw chicken to me and plenty of other people this week! They do not care, they only care about themselves. I’ve missed the last few days of work because I’ve been so sick, do not ever go to this location! The health department has been called and complaints have been filed!

Does your online order machine or whatever work? Ordered DoorDash and it got canceled. I have had previous problems EVERY TIME I try to DoorDash Wendy’s they always cancel I don’t know if they are not paying attention or what but every time they disappoint. They lost a customer today. Get it together
