Very nice Wendy’s on Havana. The menu is the same as other Wendy’s. The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant is very good. The breakfast potatoes are very good. The coffee is okay at best.

Service was okay but not great. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up to take my order. They were efficient but not welcoming. The space is very clean with a lot of seating including comfortable chairs by a fireplace. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for guests.

Parking is ample and there’s no competition from other businesses.

I stopped by your location today between approximately 7:50–8:00 p.m. and had multiple issues with my order, followed by an unpleasant interaction with what appeared to be the female shift lead or manager.

I initially went through the drive-thru and was given a chicken sandwich instead of a 10-piece spicy nugget. The rest of my order was correct. I went back through the drive-thru, explained the issue politely, and was given a 10-piece regular nugget instead. The staff at the drive-thru was kind and helpful.

I then went inside to explain that the nuggets were still incorrect. The male cashier was very polite and understanding. I explained calmly that this was the third time my order had been made incorrectly and that I had ordered spicy nuggets, but received regular ones again.

The female shift lead told me the nuggets were spicy. I politely explained that they were not, and that I only came back because the nuggets were for my two-year-old daughter—otherwise I would have just eaten them. She responded by saying “they’re not that spicy,” raised her voice, and aggressively threw the nuggets into the trash behind the counter.

I explained that the color and taste were clearly those of regular nuggets and asked if she could please remake them correctly. She responded rudely and spoke to the employee at the nugget station with an attitude. The male cashier ultimately corrected my order and apologized.

Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, respectful, and patient. If the cameras are reviewed, it will show that I waited politely and did not raise my voice or act disrespectfully. The shift lead’s behavior was unnecessary, aggressive, and unprofessional, especially given that the order had been made incorrectly multiple times.

I work in customer service myself and understand mistakes happen. However, the way this situation was handled by the shift lead was disappointing and makes the store seem ghetto.

Please put a more friendly person working at the window with customer service skills. I had the same woman twice with a bad attitude and no friendly welcoming vibes. She had a butterfly tattoo on her neck. The 1st time I blew it off but this was the second time now I have to write a review. Other then that. Love Wendy’s!

Wow clearly I should’ve read the reviews before visiting this location! I ordered pick up here yesterday via mobile app and am completely dissatisfied. I received a sugar cookie instead of chocolate like I ordered. Did not receive a triple berry frosty but instead received a mango lemonade for the “inconvenience”. And I also ordered a cheeseburger last minute that I would’ve assumed would be fresh/hot since I asked at the window. It was not it was extremely cold so much so the cheese hadn’t even melted at all. I ate sleep for dinner thanks a lot Wendy’s ‍

After leaving a place to eat for bad service we came to Wendy’s and the service was great. Staff was great as well, they have a nice attitude. Our food was ready fast, and it was alright to kill hunger for a while. The biggie bag fries and nuggets are small, as well as the burger but it was pretty decent for the price as well.

So I had a terrible experience the day that I ordered the food and got home and things were not in my bag.
Call The Store back as soon as I got home to let her know the problem… Just made it worse So I Filed a formal complaint with corporate…. I was called back about 3 days later. By a supervisor named Semina.. Very, very knowledgeable and ask me the whole story.I told her and she fixed the problem and didn’t argue listened to what I had to say… I truly appreciate that.Because customer service should always be right.Regardless, especially when it’s the store’s fault??? Thank you Semina for fixing this issue… And as a knowledgeable supervisor I think she gets 5 stars

I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. My order was wrong, I waited for them to remake it. It was still wrong. I just drove away, with the wrong food. The female manger was rude and her attitude was not worth the trouble of getting the correct food.

Dished out 60 dollars for lunch, not only did they mess up Our order but they wanted to charge me for barbecue sauce after I just spent $60. The crew always looks lost in space and can’t speak English. Time to find another spot for lunch. The Wendy’s on Mississippi and Chambers is way better! They have their act together!

lady at the window was so rude for no reason. Don’t work customer service if you’re just going to be rude to a paying customer. Not only was she rude but she rushed me through my order and got it completely wrong. I love Wendy’s but I’ll never go back. can’t stand people who are rude for no reason.

The experience was really disappointing—the service wasn’t great, the food tasted bad, and the coffee seemed stale. The caramel cold brews were poorly made, more like your typical morning coffee served at 5:00 am. When we arrived, our server, Omar, wasn’t very attentive, and there were people waiting who eventually left because of the long wait. He seemed overwhelmed, claiming they were busy, but there were hardly any customers in the restaurant or in the drive-thru at that time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.
