This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited, and it’s a shame because the customer service was great. But I did not pay over $20 for terrible food with a smile. My JBC looked so tasty, but once I bit into it I could taste the raw meat. My son ordered a Dave’s single and got a large torn patty (see photos). There is another Wendy’s about 2 miles east of this location. I would suggest going there instead.

Driver through lady with bun was rude . I had asked to make sure cheese was added she said HUH!!! So I repeated the question and she read back everything irritated I asked for ketchup only have 4 packs who eats food with only four also told her thank you and she ignored me . I won’t be back to that location. Chicken patty which really isn’t a chicken patty it was loaded with lettuce to look big the chicken was so dry and hard I couldn’t eat it . And I also feel like I didn’t get the right change back plus the girl didn’t give a a receipt my meal 10 something gave a 20 only got 6$ back the soda didn’t taste like Coke worst lunch iv had

This is probably the best Wendy’s I’ve been too. The food was hot and delicious. Lots of people in the lobby. The entire staff were super friendly and Brianna at the counter even came out to check how the food was, i don’t believe that she was a manager either. Little things like that, even at a fast food resteraunt, makes everyone’s day better. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I should have just eaten at home in the first place. I placed a mobile order to pick up food quickly instead of cooking at home. They were out of Frosties (something I would think they could check once the order appeared). Rather than waiting to make the rest of my order, it sat for 20 minutes or so while I waited. Apparently, it takes longer than 20 minutes for a Frosty to be firm because the one placed in the same bag as the food was not frozen at all. When I got home and opened the bag, I found an empty Frosty cup. Needless to say, everything in the bag was ruined, and I ended up cooking at home anyway. There is no option to request a refund on the Wendy’s app, $30 wasted.

Sabrina was Rude for a Manager. I called the double bacon $8 dollar meal the wrong name. And in front of me as rude as can be she says “well that’s a far cry from what he ordered” and slammed the window in my face as I was trying to apologize. learn some decorum. You’re supposed to be a leader and you treat hard working people trying to enjoy your food and you treat em like that. No wonder is tougher for servers in fast food. Look who coaches them. Then you didn’t have the stones to bring me my order a explain to me what the meal is called. I truly hope the franchisee reads this. You’re a terrible person not just a manager.

Went for a quick breakfast on 9/28 around 7:45. Extremely sloppy food, the kid (boy)working needs to be trained or retrained, no line so not like there was to much going on. I don’t expect much from fast food but it’s tiring over paying for slop.

I don’t eat fast food because I want to. I eat it because it’s the only thing I can afford on days when I’m just way too busy to prepare a lunch. I only go to this Wendy’s on Wednesday at 2:00 because of jobs I have in the area and I ordered the cheapest thing I can. My order is ready by the time I get around the corner to the window. And they make fast food taste like real food it’s perfect hot fresh served with a smile and record speed. I went to another Wendy’s up north which charged me $1.50 more for the exact same thing and was not near the speed freshness or flavor. There are no small parts only small actors and this particular Wendy’s punches way above what it is typically supposed to be. It makes my Wednesdayschedule possible. Thank you!

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Sandwich had blond hair in it (pictured). Customer servace was DREADFUL. Filthy kitchen with staff more focused on flirting and chastising customers then providing a fraction of an equivalent to the shard of meth that half of them seem to be smoking in the kitchen (except the fat “manager” she was high on a power trip not meth… clearly. Staff mocked me and didn’t provide any dignity or respect for the people who are over-paying for the disgusting food. I was charged over $20 for two sandwiches and two small chilies and they got 50% of the order wrong. When I came all the way back to the drive-through from my house after finding the hair in my food they refused to fix the incorrect order. Apparently the girl working there tonight is the “general manager” and she said her name is Tori… however she would not provide me with a receipt for the food so I’m fairly sure that she was lying. I took pictures she’s the fat one smirking and ignoring me at the drive-through.
