We placed a mobile order for dine in. Bill told us (in a condescending way) that we should have gone through the drive thru. When I politely stated that we chose dine-in in the app he just walked away. Bill needs trained on how to read mobile orders rather than just assuming all mobile orders are for carry-out. Bill also needs trained on how to talk to customers. Also, it’s almost February and the Christmas tree is still up.
Perhaps Bill also needs a calendar for next Christmas.

My gift card wasn’t working even though i did have a balance on it and the manager didn’t even try to help, was on her phone when i was trying to explain to her that i did in fact had a balance. Told her i would order online so i can use my gift card and she huffed and puffed and just closed the window on me. Came back around for my order and she just rolled her eyes. I thought manager were supposed to be useful but here they have the worst attitude. I wish i could give less stars.

I was there today for a quick bire. Bill, announced there was alot of people and the wait time would be longer than usual. I asked about my order and he replied, “You should have stayed home and cooked”. This is appauling and very unprofessional. How can you run a business with employees that make your institution look and feel bad. Won’t return again.

They attempted to give us the wrong flavor of frosty, then the lady at the window unprofessionally got mad at the employee who made the frostys in front of us and when the male who remade our order correctly brought them out he was rude. On top of all that, there ended up being a hair in the lid of the frosty. Didn’t even bother to take it back after that ridiculous experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

I thought I’d come in to this Wendy’s for a nice late dinner first time I’ve ever been yelled at by a manager because I couldn’t understand what she was saying she kept repeating over and over if I wanted jalapeños and I kept saying no nice simple order ordered basically a chicken BLT sandwich meal And a large chili with cheese and onions seem simple yes but apparently not to her. She kept yelling back my order and to top things off on her shirt. It says she is the general manager well apparently she should not be in charge of this place. It really pissed me and my family off. Something needs to be done. I don’t feel I should be disrespected for something I didn’t do. I ended up asking for a ranch and a barbecue sauce and she turns around and wants to charge me for everything very very unprofessional. I will come back again, but hopefully things get changed.

For a Wendy’s the food was surprisingly well made. You could tell they needed to change the oil in the friers, but only by look not by taste. The lobby is actually really nice, just isn’t well maintained, for a Sunday I did expect a little more cleanliness. But all in all not too bad for a fast food joint.

Service was great! The employees were very nice to us. The food was delicious, they were very kind to us when we ordered our food. Not to mention, it was 500 chicken nuggets. They were very tasty, I just wish they had more ranch, but that’s okay. I’m surprised they let us order that many, but thank you to whoever said yes! You guys are awesome, you guys are our heros. Have a good one, it was fun. (Had to call an hour ahead of time)

I got the baconator and honestly it’s been a while since I had Wendy’s so when I bit into that burger it was like that ratatouille scene where the food critic is taken back to his childhood. Yeah that was me. I also didn’t eat pretty much all day but it was still amazing

I ordered mobile curbside and waited 18 minutes outside so I walked inside and there was a homeless man right at the entrance. That’s not a big deal I know it’s hot outside but it’s worth a mention. And then the bacon is very undercooked

Just look at my picture. Can you tell I ordered a Baconator? So as you enter thru the door there is a very nice juicy pic of a baconator with atleast 6 to 8 big pieces of bacon coming out of that thing… Unfortunately I had to dig Inside of mine to be able to see if I had gotten the correct burguer.. Barely any bacon strips. Very disappointing Burguer. From now on I will just go to the Wendys at George Dieter which serve way better quality.
