Very disappointed with this location. It took 20 minutes to get my order even though I was the only customer inside. No apology, and the food was cold. They didn’t include napkins or straws, and when I asked for them, I was given attitude. Employees were talking and laughing instead of working. Second bad experience, won’t be coming back.

Went through the drive-thru and when getting handed my food before I could even say “thank you have a good night” the employee slammed the window and walked away without saying anything. Food was fresh and order was fast and accurate, but service needs to be improved. Something like that can make someone’s bad day worse when just trying to treat themselves

Brand new! Very clean, great location, friendly staff, good food. I was traveling for an event, stayed at the holiday Inn right across the street. Needed a quick lunch & Wendy’s rarely disappoints. Jose was quick to help me pick the items I wanted. Saving me money, because the way I was ordering it would cost more. His input saved me a couple bucks. Not a big parking lot so RVs would be tight. It has a nice outdoor eating area. They even have electric plugs with USB ports right at some of the tables. Very smart!

Every time we’ve come here there is always an issue with our order and yesterday my grandparents went yesterday got 2 Cobb salads and asked for blue cheese dressing which they got plenty of (not the issue) but every single blue cheese dressing was expired and expired in December. This is ridiculous. I called corporate and we will not be a customer anymore.

My mom and I went to eat at the restaurant on Saturday and the service was amazing the food was delicious! The General Manager is very hands on and very friendly she is the reason why we would come back ! We live less than 5 minutes from Wendy’s but because of the general manager at this location we will always return!

Terrible service I have ever received! This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. First off, the wait at the drive thru was not an ideal time to be waiting to order food, there was only one other car in-front of me. When asked for sauce that was clearly on the menu, I was told they had no spicy buffalo. Secondly, the employee who took my order was very rude, didn’t even give me enough straws when I had 4 meals. She only gave us two. I couldn’t even ask for more because she just gave me my order and closed the window , not even saying “thank you” or “ come again.” To top it off my nuggets were soggy. Never coming here again!

We had went through the drive-through and they were busy so I had to wait 10 minutes from my order. When I got home, the food was super greasy, and the fries were barely half filled. I called to let them know so Lizette Was very nice and understanding and she said I could go back to get the orders refilled.

Rarely have I been compelled to write a fast food review, but my experience today was great. Stopped in at Wendy’s for a salad and bunless burger. The food was fresh and tasted great. And the place was spotless. When I got there, they were cleaning the walls. Thank you guys, I’ll be back.
