Horribly run Wendy’s. Extremely slow unprofessional service.. Dining room is always closed. The staff is always trying to close off major sections of restaurants for no reason.. This is a truck stop there is nowhere to sit.. But they will not let anyone sit at the tables. “Seating closed” as pictured.. Long service to receive “fast-food” nowhere to sit.. orders usually take 15 minutes.. even mobile orders. Management here Is an utter failure. Whoever runs the staff should be terminated and this franchise should lose its license.

This location is so poorly managed. The employees are very rude. Literally everytime I come here I hear the cashier trying to force customers to use the kiosks when all the employees are just standing around. When a customer does isisnt on service at the counter the employees will roll their eyes and mutter words under their breath. They are constantly out of product. The sandwiches with bacon get bacon crumbs. And don’t try to come in close to closing time because they will be too busy breaking down kitchen items and cleaning the lobby to help you. This location needs a huge attitude adjustment.

I had absolutely the best spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had – bar none! Miles better than Chick-fil-A especially in quality and taste but also size. Ordered late (almost 10) on app. Cooked fresh and super friendly manager/staff. When the frosty I ordered was not available they offered me options including a refund. The baconator fries they substituted were delicious and freshly prepared. First-class operation all due to the staff! Makes me want to go back!

Pathetic . Employees were busy flirting and playing around and were ever cursing where everyone (kids included) could hear them. Management is lacking and there is certainly no owner around. An owner would never allow their place to be run like this. Chairs and tables are put up every time I’ve been there (4 hours before closing) and sometimes they have signs saying not to use them. I love the Wendy’s franchise but this one is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. Someone needs to read these reviews and do something about it.

Grossed out by their hygienic practices. After ordering $40 worth of meals, I got the first drink held out the window to me and was asked to taste it because she thought she put the wrong soda and wanted me to try it first before she dumped it out? When I refused and just asked her to remain the drink, she took the cup back from outside, dumped it in the drink dispensers drain and then grabbed the ice scoop and scooped ice back into a dirty cup and proceeded to fill the same cup she just was holding outside back up with the correct soda. Tried to hand it back to me and I said is that not the same cup( I sat there watching), she said yes rolled her eyes and turned to remake it again. I drove off! I called twice with no answer to ask for a Manager to explain why I drove off. Disgusting and hopefully someone higher up sees this and they get proper training.

Went to get lunch and the new loaded nacho burger was priced at 10.99. On the screen it showed as 14.99. I told the staff about the price difference and the manager was rude in asking do I want it or not and then she said I can’t fix the price. Then fix your menu.

I waited in the drive through line for over ten minutes and finally pulled around to the window, and saw no one in the entire restaurant. I come inside finally and several employees just “appeared” out of no where. The cashier had a head set on and was speaking to people in the drive through as though nothing was wrong with the drive through.

Absolutely pathetic service. The only wendys in america that charges like $0.37 just for a tiny cup of dipping sauce even though it’s free on mobile order or the kiosk. They’re a bunch of liars. And the service is pathetic. Kiosk only, no cashiers.

Only place in town where you are inconvenience to staff to be a customer. Don’t even want to talk to you or take order unless you are paying cash. Restaurant was dirty, floor sticky and had wet floor signs everywhere. Guessing they mopped floor with sugar water.

They keep the drive-through closed most the time. They have big signs on the counter, saying cash only at the register. The credit card machine works. It’s just a strategy they use to make you go to the kiosk. This is a big inconvenience for people not familiar with electronics. The kiosk are slow and sometimes don’t even work properly. We were sitting at the table directly behind the kiosk tonight, and witnessed several people just walk out because they were struggling to place an order. This place is at a perfect location and potentially could be a very profitable place. Please if management reads this hire more people for your drive-through and counter. Take the cash only signs off the register and put somebody there taking orders and open the drive-through.
