The cashier was so pretty so nice! I had such a great experience in the drive through. Good hot fresh food. Fast service and best customer service. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out! That girl definitely deserved a raise.

Their app takes orders starting at 8 am. The location opens at 8 am. I pulled through the drive thru after placing my order and was told they were sorry but they dont have anything ready. I asked about my money and the employee and manager judt shrugged their shoulders. I decided to wait for the food I payed for and have been in line for around 20 minutes now. Never again.

Big springs Wendy’s is not professional what so ever. Do not come at the Big spring Wendys past 11am. They act like they’re closed and can’t take orders. But it’s still open. Apparently the workers can close the store whenever they feel like it. This place needs reassurance.

I did notice my patty was considerably smaller than it used to be.

This store is absolutely PATHETIC! Food is NEVER made correctly they always give you attitude when you ask them to fix your food and when you pull up all you see thru the windows is all the employees on their phone.
Our food was cold our fries were like rubber they were so old and if they don’t put the entire bottle of mayo on your burger they put nothing on it at all. I don’t understand when the standard for customer service was left in the trash. No one cares to do their job correctly, not the employees not the managers not anyone, if you don’t want to do the job then go home and don’t even bother, like what is the point.

Yeah, gotta be one of the worst Wendy’s they gave me a Stale bun and they wouldn’t give me any sauces. I buy a meal from you And then you charge me for Condiments, Other Wendy’s will just give you a couple Sauces for free. I will never go back

This place has a 2.1 star rating for a reason. they are the WORST! I am absolutely disappointed beyond all belief that they can’t answer basic questions about shake cost. I look forward to writing a complaint against them to company headquarters.

Who ever was over the drive thru today has terrible customer SERVICE skills, and is super dry on the speaker, and this is not the first time! everybody I told about the incident today knew exactly who I was talking about. After the long wait to order and the poor greeting when she finally came to the intercom, I pulled up to the window and dropped my card on the floor her rude self COULDN’T even bother to stand there for a second, I reached in my purse for a different card and when I looked back at the window there was a nice gentleman that finished my transaction.
(I wasn’t even offered a receipt, and then he walked away from the window).
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE .
