This place needs to be shut down or everybody needs to be fired and rehired. They have no sauces in stock food was thrown together Cold fries. I don’t know if they don’t clean out the team machines or what but every time of the 10 11 times I’ve ordered here my tea has been soured and wrong they always give you sweet tea when you ask her unsweet and it still soured and it tastes like soap. Something seriously needs to be done about this location before somebody gets food poisoning

Staff was nice, but seemed to not be overly focused on service, just doing a job.
Everything in the store was out of stock. No sodas in the machine, limited choice from behind the counter. Sauces out of stock for nuggets, but no one bothered to say anything about it until the order was made. It just wasn’t up to traditional fast food service even.

We where cut short after just the first order. So I had to pull around do to them not wanting to come back on the speaker. Completed the order of the rest of my family, just for them to really half ass it all and give me whatever. I’m so disappointed on this meal I feel robbed.

First of all I got chicken nuggets and one had a bunch of mold on it and the person asked me if I wanted any sauce and I said no and she still gave me more than 4 sauce packets and I ordered a chocolate caramel crunch frosty and they gave me a vanilla caramel crunch and they weren’t even out of chocolate frosty

Ordered 5 meals, all the fries were cold and hard. the kids meal chicken tenders was also hard and cold. The girl at the drive thru was rude. Taking my order back. Do better Wendy’s.

Terrible and getting worse . Today drive through purchase., 3 triple meals . All had about 5 ounces of mayo/mustard and ketchup pouring out the buns . I’ve been going to Wendy’s on university forever , but this horrible service and quality has forever severed reliance of quality service and quality fast food at this Wendy’s location. This is just disgusting and no excuses for it . The lack of quality and concern of food products places in question overall cleanliness and health regulations and food handling state standards . I called for management and the girl that answered phone abruptly hung up on me . We really don’t need you Wendy’s franchise , we can actually live without you , but you can not live without customers!

The people are ok but I went tonight and they gave me raw chicken. A quarter of a cutlet was raw and the Coke Zero tasted like axe body spray. It took 30 minutes but I didn’t really care about the time because it was late and expected it to take a while because it was past 10pm.
