My husband walked in below freezing weather at night for a mile to pick up our online order and then they didn’t even have it ready but on line said someone had already picked it up When husband called they said it was there and told them what happened.They were supposed to make food fresh and both frosties were melted. They said they would make it fresh. My mother in law went to pick it up and it was cold and tasted old and 2 large frosties melted. Called them to let them know and they said no they weren’t going to replace our order. Plus our burgers were smashed.I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone after that.

Always a bad experience, went with my daughter a few weeks ago and they acted very rude and impatient when she tried to order by herself. The place was empty and we were the only people in line, so there’s no reason to be rude to a 5 year old.
Ordered pick up order, husband went to pick it up and sat there waiting on it, while he watched the staff stand around and talk. My husband waited so long that he had to go back to work, so we asked to cancel the order, but have not received any kind of cancellation or refund. Store will also not answer phone. Save your money and get mediocre food somewhere else.

This place needs to be closed down. Water is leaking everywhere. By the food/ drink station, in the ladies bathroom it’s coming out of the electrical lights, lobby, and other areas they have cups overflowing with dirty water. The unlocked chemical cabinet was in kids reach. The lobby was dirty and there was not one customer there. Charged me over 2.00 for water. Sign busted outside just laying on the ground. Lock/door handle to ladies room not secure. The manager was rude and dismissed concerns including being charged for water. All photos are from this location only. Ross and I-40.

The bathroom was dirty and their was one person working front and drove while there was 6 people in the kitchen who could have helped me if they ever looked up and stop acting like I wasn’t there. I’ve worked fast food and so have my kids we always did the front and kitchen and never made people wait more than 2 minutes. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes while everyone was doing other stuff and would not even look at the front. I’d never been inside that one before so didn’t know there was stations like “MCDONALDS” to put in your order but I also only had cash. It was a Sunday but wasn’t busy when I got in there so yeah. No body seemed to care that the lobby was dirty.

This place is usually been pretty good. Yesterday I went and got me the baconator combo but instead they gave a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I called and told them, and they told me I could come back today and they would get me the baconator well, I did not get the baconator again they gave me a different burger again very disappointed.

The drive-thru worker didn’t greet me and didn’t even ask whether I wanted a combo. When I requested one, she responded with attitude and came across as rude. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location or paying for service like that again.

Food was great. Just what we needed on our trip home. They were experiencing a lack of workers, so some patience all the way around was in order. So, people in line to order was the priority… Not the RR’s, unfortunately. I would guess that will be taken care of when the other staff shows up. Give the manager some koudous for working like crazy.

My family and I went here and the lady who we believe was the manager was so disrespectful. Not even just to customers, she was rude to a employee of hers who was trying to figure out how much change we needed back, and she said it’s pennies whatever. My mom said to the young man who was still trying to find the money that it didn’t matter at this point. We also watched the lady glare at a older man who came in asking for coffee and she told him they had no coffee. Which was a lie. She literally watched us eat glaring like we attacked her or something. People need to be more respectful. The lady in the picture walking is the lady.
