Went through the drive through this after noon. Ordered 2 baconators with baconator fries. Only got 1 baconator fry. Ordered 6 count spicy nuggets. Missing completely. Ordered sprite to drink. Watched the drive through lady let it over run for a good 10 seconds. Completely flat. Thankfully they got my daughter’s 4 count nuggets correct. Tried to call the store. Ignored 3 times

Extremely bad experience at this Wendy’s branch. The cashier was uncooperative. She showed no willingness to help or fulfill my order correctly, which made me feel disrespected. It is unfortunate that this is the level of service in a place that is supposed to provide a positive experience for customers. I hope management takes action to improve employee training and ensure they treat customers with respect and appreciation.

So I never write reviews because if I don’t like a restaurant, I just choose to not go back there. But this is potentially putting people’s health at risk so I would feel like I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t post this. I ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich from the app to pick up in the drive thru and when I just so happened to look down while I was eating at home, I noticed a dark spot on the bread,, immediately my mind went to mold,. And from the photo I think it’s pretty obvious that’s what it is cause I cannot comprehend what else it could be? Anyways I know that small mold like this isn’t going to kill a person but it’s a mystery to say how much I consumed of it before I noticed it that concerns me. I call the location to just ask for a refund and the reason why, it must be a communication issue or something because I kept telling her that I just wanted a refund, and instead just kept asking if I wanted another sandwich,,, which obviously I do not want if I just found mold in the bread??? Yeah so I gave up on that but figured I should at least write a review to let others know of the seemingly low food inspection of quality at this location before they choose to buy from this place.

…just ordered a large fry and sad that the person at the window dropped my dime…they didn’t offer to tell me not to worry about it but I just gave them another dime…sorry I’m just upset I lost $0.10 when I hardly ever get myself food and to lose some limited cash I had doesn’t make me feel good about my purchase and wish there was better customer service…(fast forward 30 minutes for this edit)

Got home, live less than 2 minutes away and fries were cold/stale/and absolutely gross….I don’t even know why I bothered coming here hoping I was going to taste the amazing sea salted fries Wendys once was notorious for serving but boy was I wrong.

If Wendy’s were to give me my dime back or try to make up for this I may consider changing my review but after seeing numerous negative reviews where no help/contact from Wendys tried to help …I honestly doubt they even care.

Went there to eat lunch and used the app for a contactless mobile order and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the service which had me in and out the door in under 3 minutes.
5 stars for convenience and service, and the fact they don’t charge for extra sauces. Looking at you bush’s chicken ♂️
3.5 stars for the food, the fries were firm and some had that crunchy texture. The chocolate frosty was bomb and the chicken nuggets are in-between mcdonald’s and burger kings nuggets.
My ratings on the tastiest sauces that wendys has to offer in order that I enjoyed them.
1. Sweet and sour – perfect blend of light and not too overpowering sauce. A+
2. S’awesome sauce – kind of like a canes sauce I think it’s thousand island with mayo. A
3. Creamy sriracha- as the name would suggest this sauce is extra creamy and has a kick of spicy but it’s not a lasting spicy. This is the wendys most spicy sauce, if you like extra extra spicy, you probably won’t like this sauce because it’s not that spicy. B+
4. Butter milk ranch- not much to say, it taste like ranch dressing. B
5. Bbq sauce- way to tangy not enough sweetness to this one. D-
6. Honey mustard- it tastes like rubbing alcohol so I’m gonna have to say this one is a pass from me. F

Ordered a Dave’s double. It was ready almost instantly. Shocked because I knew this could mean dry meat. It was dry, overcooked, slightly warm, cheese not melted, WAY TOO MUCH ketchup and whatever sauce comes on it. Obviously was sitting for a long time as these patties were dry as paper. Such a disappointment.

Very slow and are disorganized. They don’t seem to have any flow as to getting people their orders. Takes forever. I’m actually sitting in the drive thru line now while writing this. There’s about ten people in line ahead of me. I have been here for mins and there’s still 5 people ahead if me. This is not an isolated incident. It’s always slow. Also, since this location opened, I’ve been here about 6 times. 3 of those times they forgot part of the order in the bag.
PS – After 20 mins. In line, I just got to place my order and they are out of salads! Arrgghhh!!!

I had not been to Wendy’s in a long time, so when I tasted my burger, I was surprised how good it tasted compared to other fast-food places. They have revamped some of their prices, so it’s a bit more reasonable than it was on some items. I like that you can add lettuce and tomato for free, too. I was happy that they had caffeine-free diet coke, which most places do not. I just could not figure out their App on how to get the free, small baconator special added to my order, and the 2 workers also did not know how. I will eat their again when they offer good deals.
