1/30/26. Have always appreciated Wendy’s restaurants. Went to my first in 1977. Thought I had won the good lottery. Today, not that great. Cloudy, overcast and cold. Was in the mood for Chili. What I was served was soup. Did not even come close. Was so bummed I ate what I could and left.
One of two things happened. Either the managers on duty are incompetent or the reason for the soup like chili was simply a matter of cutting cost. Who knows but I’ll probably just pass the place up the next time I drive by.
This Wendy’s could do much better.

The workers here were absolutely rude. I had to yell my order twice to the person because there headset couldn’t hear me. When I gotten to the window the lady give me the wrong order and roller her eyes when I wanted corrected. When I went inside to talk to a Manger she then proceeded to tell me that I’m wrong and that it’s my fault that her coworkers can’t hear her. I believe her name is estefany. Just don’t go to this location these employees and mangers are rude.

Went through the drive through. The line was very long but we went through pretty quickly. Three ladies were at the window. All were very friendly and our order was correct. Fresh food and smiles! Thanks!

Another bad Wendy’s in the Austin area. This location is dirty and needs updating. The service was slow and the food was cold even though it wasn’t busy inside. This is another Wendy’s you want to avoid.

SUPER FAST service at the drive thru!! Fries were pretty soggy.. but the burgers were hot and delicious… don’t sleep on the grilled chicken ranch wrap if you’re looking for a lighter option.. it was surprisingly really good!

The service was great the gentleman was friendly and helpful when taking our order. The place even had an electric fireplace. Food was fresh and fast. I tried the ghost pepper sauced new nuggets and they were amazing. Cob salad was fresh and crisp. I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in so long I was a but nervous. After today’s experience, I’d rather eat here than MC D.

Service was quick/efficient. Warm & stale fries (waste of $ getting the “large” if you’re wanting extra “good” fries…) No salt or ketchup offered or put in the bag (would’ve helped with the flavor). Fortunately they gave me a couple of napkins & a straw but NO RECEIPT.
This is my 3nd time going to a Wendy’s in the last few months, I think I’m finished with Wendy’s nowadays, no receipts, poor quality of food & occasionally bad or incorrect service.
