Baked potato was not completely cooked through it was basically raw besides the top edge where I’m assuming the heat hit most, bacon on my potato was also burnt. My husbands baconator had basically no bacon and the few chopped pieces of bacon he did have were like burnt bacon bits and his fries for his meal weren’t in the bag originally when we asked for them they said they needed to make some so we waited and his fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. Our drinks were only syrup. Overall was not ideal and I’m not happy at the amount of money we spent to get home and it not be edible because of the terrible quality.

Came here on April 19th for dinner. The service was pretty fast and the food was good. The burger had less bacon than expected but otherwise it was pretty good. The French fries were really good and fresh. The coke had an odd taste, so I dumped it out.

Went here for lunch and after I had gotten back to work, I noticed at the bottom of my sweet tea that there was mold floating around. I contacted wendys corporate and they left me on read so I want others to know that this location doesn’t clean their kitchen properly if at all and be aware that there’s mold in it.

Anytime I order food for my kids it’s fresh so I decided to try it for myself. However, that was a mistake. My food was cold. Sad part is I waited a few minutes for no reason just to receive cold food.

The staff was polite and the food was correct, there was just not very much attention paid to the presentation/Q.C. I have some bacon cheddar french fries that tasted microwaved and all the cheese and bacon were clumped up in one corner leaving over half with nothing. I didn’t visit during a lunch/dinner rush either so it’s not like they were to busy to take the time to prepare my order with a bit more care.

Management, if you are responsible for the performance of this location, please wake up and look in on it. It seems that nobody is held accountable for this location. The corner of the store with the (non-working) drink dispenser is flooded, no one mopped up the major slip hazard from the flooded area right near the couter where orders are taken. The condiment bins are empty and trashed, ketchup dispenser gross and nonfunctional, food on the floor and tables. Is anyone paying attention?

It’s Wendy’s, so the bar is already at “chain fast food”. The food seems to have gotten worse over the last few years. It doesn’t sit well.
Cleanliness was the usual for Wendy’s, but there seemed to be more flies in the windows.
I don’t think I’ve ever come to this location during peak hours. There’s always just one or two other customers, but every single time I’ve been here, at least one person on the staff has made me feel like I’m intruding on THEIR time.
I really stopped botheirng with Wendy’s some months back, but figured I’d write a review. Maybe corporate will pay attention.
