Burgers are good, good size like that you can make it single double or triple meat on any burger. Bacon was hard but not crunchy.The cole machine doesn’t not work properly. Fries are ok need more salt. Chicken nuggets are good. Place looks kind of dirty but i guess its the same on all fast food restaurants.

Completely Ignored by employees!!!
I walk into Wendy’s with my wife and 2 sons just after 5:30pm to order our afternoon meal.
As I walked in, I noticed that hardley any customers filled the seats. It was pretty much empty.
We walk up to the counter to order. The employees did notice us as we walked up, but did not greet us, did not acknowledge us, nor did they say, “We’ll be right with you”… Nothing!
My family and I stood there for a while, looking like idiots. I noticed the employees were too entertained with their own conversation ti take our order. So we walked out.
I have noticed that this particular Wendy’s quality in Service has taken a dump over the years. Whether it’s crappy service or getting the order wrong, especially when I go though use the drive. And they want $15 bucks an hour?
But thankfully, we’re absolutely enjoying our What-A-Burger meal 1 block down. So thank you Wendy’s for making my meal a pleasant one in a different fast food restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru on wednesday morning and these two nice ladies served my food! It was fresh, it was hot, the breakfast potatoes were amazing and I spent less that 2 minutes in the line! Those ladies need a raise

Well, I don’t know if wendys is dropping the ball or not they used to (past tense) have awesome salads. Now they are good but with down falls. It says Grill Chicken well it was “cold.” It was not even heated it was like cold cuts. What’s up with that Wendys? Not to mention my baked potato. I had to return it because it was cold as well when normally they are super hot. As if this one was sitting on the back table, I was upset about it. Girl said I’ll reheat it, and guess what it was still cold. I looked at another order on the counter, and that potato was Super Hot. You could see the steam. So she gave me a new one. I mean little things like that annoy me. I mean, you’re paying they are not. But I was more disturbed with the cold chicken, too, on that salad. The Taco salad everything was as should, and the chili sauce was hot. I don’t know if they have to step it up or be monitored 101 because most seemed lost. Maybe they are having a bad day but no excuse for my order to be how they gave to me. After all, salads are pricey $9.00 and no drink. More if made into combo with fries seriously, guys salad and fries who makes up these menus? Anyways, it was there. Just tell me to ask if the chicken on the salad is to be cold, not that tastie.

Best Wendy’s ever! Me and my family came here for lunch yesterday and had 2 big separate orders. The workers were on point with taking our order and were very respectful, friendly, and patient. Not once did they get frustrated like other fast food places usually do. We went July 5th, 2022 around 11:40am. Those workers need to be appreciated by this company! Also to mention the food was amazing, got some new lemonades i have never tried before that tasted amazing along with their shakes. Nothing was missing from the order and got everything the way we asked for! I’m from Dallas but here on vacation, if i’m ever in Brownsville again i will definitely return!

Although the line through the drive-thru may be it moves quickly. This is my go-to spot for a quick burger, I always get the junior Cheeseburger deluxe which is always made perfectly. Good quick food in a pinch. Never go to Whataburger they take 10 minutes on average to give you your food!. Here it’s about 5 to order and leave. Great service.

I really love eating here, honest, I go every now and then, bacanator is amazing, the fries perfect each time and the frostys amazing too just lately for a while now, every time I get the saucy nuggs they look like this. There is hardly any sauce and the nuggs are a little dry, aside from that no complaints to other stuff, aside from an order being messed up once in a while but it’s doable. Just this is the only thing, please whoever is working in the kitchen don’t leave them in the fryer for too long and really sauce them like wings please!!

First time at a Wendy’s and most likely the last. Ordered a Double Big Bacon and only received a single patty, with a hair on it. Had to return that and lost my appetite. Then I get my baconator fries and instead of small bacon pieces I get bacon strips. Am I supposed to cut it up myself? My kids didn’t even like the chicken nuggets. I guess the only good thing that we got were the fries.
