NEVER FAILS! I always have something missing. Today I was giving my nuggets and fries and drinks but missing two burgers. Then I should’ve known to count the fries because I was still missing one. This always happens . And when I try to call they have NEVER picked up the phone. How hard is it to make sure all the order is ready before you hand it to the customer?

A fun lunch with friends ( a group of 9). Variety of menu options. I had the Son of Baconator (a single pattie cheesy bacon burger) and of course a chocolate frosty (frosties are now available as a swirl or with mix ins). My friend had the panko coated fish sandwich & said it was really good & crispy outside & flaky inside. Have to get back to try that. Friendly & efficient staff and very clean dining area. The ladies restroom was very clean also. Best priced lunch I have had in a long time too!

Just went by today and the lady with the skin scabs you know pimples and allllll, the one who don’t look like showers. RUDE AS HELL slamming the window bc I said I didn’t wanna pay 1.07 for a sauce like how is that hurting your pockets!??? Horrible customer service don’t even answer the phone! I took a really long time to be waited on. There was no Coke in the front machine. It just seems like the whole place was mismanaged and the staff was not on top of it. Managed to get my food though and it was delicious

I was just there 5 minutes and the lady at the window was so rude she refused to scan my points and said I could get it from the receipt and then she didn’t wanna give me my receipt she hesitated and she charged me for extra barbecue, but she only bought one barbecue and a honey mustard? And the name on The receipt is Abigail and she had a red tattoo next to her ear. It’s just gross how you can hire people to treat your customers like that when we’re being nice to her the whole time

We stopped here today after some back to school shopping and we were addressed by an associate named Jessica. Let me to you all that she gave the most excellent customer experience I’ve experienced in quite some time. She was very courteous and smiled the whole time. She was very patient taking our order as my 2 daughters wanted their burgers a certain way. The order was down to the T and the food was great. She made our dining experience wonderful and even came to our table to see if we needed anything else. I highly recommend this eating establishment and will definitely go back. I hope we come across her again. Thank you Wendy’s for providing excellent customer service on a day that we were exhausted and starving.

Terrible customer service today. I bought Frosty key tabs and was getting the product I had paid for. No one asked me to show the key tags (I carry with me and in my possession). It was assumed I wasn’t ordering anything else, (I was) and when I got to the window, I was scolded for not having key tabs I was never asked for. I presented the key tabs and left feeling very offended. Key tabs are not free. I paid for them and should be able to get what I paid for without disrespect.
Continues to have TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude at both windows. The only person who wasn’t outrageously disrespectful, was an elderly woman they were running all over. Disgraceful.

Been to this location a few times. The place is dirt, employees who prepare food do not wear gloves. The spicy chicken sandwich is a JOKE and tasted gross.
