Every 5-star review has to be from an employee, a manager, or someone who was offered free food for a review — because there is no way this place deserves it. I hope corporate shuts this place down.

This restaurant is infested with roaches. I saw them. The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was just as disgusting as the environment. The woman at the front named Kennedy had a nasty, unprofessional attitude from the moment I walked in.

When I requested a refund, I was told to come back the next day because “no one” could give me my money back. That is completely unacceptable. If you’re open and taking people’s money, you should be able to issue a refund.

Between the roaches, the filthy conditions, and the horrible customer service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I will never return.

I get that the bar for fast food is low, but this location is something else. Can’t even get an order in the drive thru. 4 times now I’ve been ignored or waited 10+ minutes out of spite. God knows what the workers are up to.

The credit card machine was broken, which means it’s broken on the app so you can’t order that way either it doesn’t let you know that. But that Manager might be the rudest man that I’ve ever Experienced I figured he was just a normal worker. Maybe they just don’t care which is fine but my advice to them is AI is getting real advanced and if y’all want jobs, you should get some smiles on your faces. That’s why McDonald’s is great. That’s why Chick-fil-A is great. I mean you’re all foul, but maybe you’re doing God‘s work right not making you want to eat at one of your restaurants

I love Wendy’s so much I come to this location very often. I got down for the first time to order my food and it just broke my heart im pretty sure she was the manger and other worker being so rude to one of their employees. If you guys can’t even care enough to hire nice people I will never come here again! Screw that

Manager is extremely rude. I ordered the special addition Wednesday Adams meal and paid $18 and they didn’t give me the sauce or the special spoon that the meal comes with. I went back to the store and was told they don’t have it and there is nothing they can do and the manager refused to refund me.

Me and my family went to drive- thru . It was very terrible. The person who took are order was very rude her name was Kennedy. It look that she didn’t want to be there. We’re paying customers with out us she won’t have a job. Our food was cold and buns was hard. I was calling the number it was out of service.

Never got to reviewing this place until now, but I’m getting back to it bc it was such a bad experience-

I get the standards for fastfood isn’t high, but this place strikes at the bottom. 7pm- took like 5 minutes to even get a response on the speaker. The girl on the mic is audibly sighing after every single exchange for the most basic order, and even went tsk and ugh at literally the first thing we said. I KNOW working in service can be draining but aint no way you can’t even bother sounding like a decent person while you’re getting paid. From start to finish the interaction was just miserable. Like someone else in the reviews said, this location should be inspected for basically everything.

Extremely unprofessional, They close at 9pm, went to order at 8:20pm and lady working said “she’s only making food for orders ordered through the app” my bf said that’s fine he’ll order it online and she said “we’ll do it somewhere else”. I can’t believe anyone would say that during business hours. Management needs to be relooked at it’s people like her make poor work environments. And if you’re gonna nickel and dime us for sauces make sure it’s in the bag.

Terrible service, sat at the drive-through speaker for over five minutes, shouting into it, no answer. Pull up to the window and an employee just stares at me for over 10 minutes before finally a manager comes to the window and says oh sorry the speaker doesn’t pick up SUVs so we didn’t know you were there, that is about the worst excuse I’ve ever heard considering I order from this place at least once a week and never have any issues. You shouldn’t employ liars.
