Missing the double stack burger from the combo and there was something hard in the chicken nuggets that my daughter bit into that grossed her out she couldn’t eat. The fries were room temperature , not even hot. I called several times to let them know but it only went to voicemail that was not able to take messages.

Ridiculous experience. 2 separate orders. Very simple. #1) Dave’s Double Combo with ketchup, mustard, pickles only. #2) Ceasar side salad and Baconator Fries. Placing order was fine. Window experience was less than stellar. Manager was barking orders for everyone to hurry up. 1st order was filled with a single, but they caught it before we drove off. Exchanged burgers back and forth as they figured it out. Asked if we could up charge the drink to a large. No. Management left the window. Another clerk showed up. Attempts to run card for 2nd order. Had difficulty couldn’t make the transaction work (Yes, money verified in account as it freaked me out that it didn’t work. ) Gave a different card. Now I feel with all the crazy bumbling around I have to watcht my accounts to make they leave them alone! Finally got the salad and baconator fries. Note the picture. The bacon was burnt black. Burger was overcooked and leathery. Fries were cold and salad was all the unused areas of the romaine. Since we used the company app coupons, staff seemed irritated. It’s a company wide promotion, to bring in business. This type of service seems standard across the USA. There was no way I was returning back to this location to request a fresher, less crispy version of our order.

I regularly tend to review restaurants. Especially if they are really bad or really good. This one has always been really bad! I have only gone a couple of times and never has my experience been a good one. I will not be going back nor do I recommend this location to anyone! Horrible service, bad management, and an old filthy location. Please beware of this horrible establishment!

Wow. Ice doesn’t work, half the sodas are not available. Floor is disturbingly sticky. No bathroom. Rang up order wrong. Tables and benches are dirty. No napkins, no ketchup. Food was hot and seemed fine.

I ordered a cookie and the chocolate frosty. Since it was also kinda delivered by DoorDash through their partnership I decided to get a hold of them to see if they could help but they can’t. And I’ve been calling Wendy’s like 6x now and no one is picking up. It’s 6$ wasted for product I didn’t get. I’m going to try to get a hold of them through their website and see if that works .
