Absolutely atrocious service, took forever to get our food and when we get home my mother it’s into her food and its completely raw. It doesn’t appear like they cooked the food at all. Whe. She went back they didn’t give us a receipt, so we didn’t even get a full refund and the women at the counter didn’t seem fazed at all, almost like it happens fairly often. This is absolutely unsafe, and a potential health hazard. They wouldn’t look up the order in the system but she even remembered us when my mother went back. My last few experiences here ahve been subpar, but I absolutely will not be returning.

Horrible, worst food ever. I usually enjoy Wendys but I will never go back to this one. Dave’s Double burger cold and for the bun had two bottoms on it. Plus I did a special request with it and they got it incorrect. I ordered a medium French fry. And literally counted my fries 22 total fries which were cold. The older lady taking the order I had to repeat myself 4 times to her. If you enjoy Wendy’s like I do. Skip going to this one.

Do not, I repeat, do not eat here. The parking lot was empty for a reason. We got our food and drove down the road, and I took a sip of my drink. It was the flattest drink I ever had in my life. It tasted like mold. I took a bit of a French fry, and I cannot even explain how bad it was. We threw everything in the trash. When we opened our burgers, it looked like mice had been eating off the buns. I have never experienced such a horrible experience. This is 2 days after our experience, and we are still so disgusted. I went to get in order, ordered my food and a cinabon dessert and specifically asked the kid working the drive through if that was everything, he said yes. I knew he was lying but I drove home and after paying for the dessert I didn’t get it. I’m out my dessert and my money and he blatantly lied to my face, this Wendy’s isn’t good. The meal they did give me was sloppily thrown together. I understand today was cold and rainy and miserable but they didn’t need to give me a bad product and not give me the entire order.

I ordered the Spicy Asiago Ranch chicken Club. A Crispy Chicken Sandwich combo thing with spicy chicken nuggets and fries. A Jr Burger Deluxe. 2 fries and 2 strawberry Lemonades .
After leaving the drive thru and getting to my destination I realized the only thing in my order that was correct was the drinks. We did not get the Asiago club nor the crispy chicken sandwich nor the spicy chicken nuggets. In our bag we had 4 burgers, 4 orders of fries and 4 orders of chicken nuggets that were not spicy. Which looked like it was just tossed in the bag.
I have lived in New Braunfels for 8 1/2 years and never do I go to Wendy’s. I only went because I had gift cards. Never will I go again. We went at a time when it was not busy. It was literally just one other car besides us there. It was straight carelessness and unprofessionalism that got my order completely wrong. I was very disappointed.

Not very happy with our 23 minute fast food experience today. We ordered and paid for our food. We were given our frostys right away and asked to pull up behind the already waiting car ahead of us. We sat and waited , we sat and waited, and then some more, until we saw the car behind us receive their food before we got ours. At this point, I am going inside. I get to front counter and young man asks how he can help, and I state” the car behind us just got their food before us. We’ve been here for 20 minutes…. May I ask what’s going on?” The manager has come up as I was addressing young man and he asked ” you have the 3 biggie bags?” I said yes and informed him we had not received our drinks and calmly stated I couldn’t understand why in 20 minutes we hadn’t received our order. He states they were waiting on the nuggets and fries.. . Which I’ve never waited 20 minutes for the same ever in previous visits. I calm down enough to answer that we’d like honey mustard, barbeque sauce for nuggets as well as ketchup and salt please. Right as I get back in car, we are presented our 3 large drinks ( the biggie bags came with small normally, so we assume this was a gesture to show gratitude for us patiently waiting. About 2 minutes later, our food is delivered and low and behold…. We got barbecue sauce, and no honey mustard for nuggets, and no ketchup or salt to be found. And to top it all off, the three Dr. Peppers tasted awful.
Severely disappointed with this experience at a ” fast food” establishment that used to be capable of meeting expectations and getting orders out in a timely manner. Why ask what we’d like if you can’t ensure it’s given to us.
(We had to stop at Jack in the box to grab ketchup and salt. )
For all we got, and the amount we paid, we were not impressed and it’s be different if they offered other services, but you don’t. This was definitely something we needed to share.
I’m pretty sure it will not be addressed but who knows, maybe someone will attempt to make it right.

I ordered the Dave’s Double burger and it was perhaps the best fast food burger I’ve had. Ever. Yes, I was hungry, but that didn’t cloud the flavor. Perfectly fine and the ingredients all tasted very fresh. Stepping fast food up three notches!

Ordered a biggie bag, paid no issues. When I got my food the lady asked if it was for here or to go and I said for here. She then took the fries out of my bag and went to give me a larger one for some reason. She poured the fries out that he already been touched by her hands back into the fryer, scooped me a large fry with the scooper then grabbed 2 hand fulls of fries with her bare hands and put them on top. I appreciate the gesture but bare hands it’s crazy.

Wendy’s needs to bring back their old fries! Their new ones are dry, and taste like old fries! Other than that, the food is great!

I know Wendy’s is promoting the series Wednesday . Have a Question are the workers playing out the part too rude, and miserable ? If that case a little heads up would be nice Hamburger had no taste super greasy cold fries. Drink tasted like it had a two different sodas mixed together
