Hungry, drive through stop. Hamburger was good so was the tea. The fries did not meet expectations, cold, soggy, and tasteless leaving us with a less than satisfactory experience for the amount of money we spent.

Well, the Wendy’s on Thursday did an order for through the drive-through rude and desperate manager at the window and employee how to go up there three times to get my food correctly. Still wasn’t made correctly. How to throw it away. Call the store. No one would answer. call the store manager Maria was very disrespectful and also call the area coach and no response. Unacceptable. Will never eat her again. Last time I eat here. Ordered in drive-thru, unwrapped Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger 2 blocks away to eat…it was cold. The buns were refrigerator cold. Two tasteless dry bites later I bagged it as inedible trash. What has happened to Wendy’s? Used to be a decently fresh (though fast food) burger. Don’t even think about going to the one at DeZavala & Vance Jackson!

I’ve eaten here but I will never eat here again. When you walk inside it smells like sewage.. you wonder why there’s never any cars in the parking lot in the dining room is never full.. this is why. I will guarantee you this is why.. I didn’t know, I’ve been getting orders through the drive-thru.. and I’ll never eat here again.. and if you were smart you probably wouldn’t either because there is definite health code violations here. I’m 100% sure.. no restaurant is supposed to smell like sewage.. there is a ventilation problem at minimum.. and the place shouldn’t be open for business..

I went through the Drive Through and had a decent experience. As soon as I arrived they did tell me to hold on and wait for about two minutes. It was not busy as it was just one car.
However, they took my order and I ordered Chicken Nuggets and French Fries. When I arrived to the window they were able to cash me out and get my food but they did pull me up to wait on fresh fries. Total time from Drive Thru 8mins and 53 seconds. The food was fresh and I had no issues with it.
My only recommendation is to be a little quicker on speed of service but overall decent job Wendys Team.

The food was prepared fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. Very clean. Their pride in this place is apparent.

in business. not the first time i’ve been there and it’s lacking everything. service abrupt and rude. today they actually gave me COLD FRIES? aren’t they usually at least in a warmer? cheeseburger awful. they get 1 star because the cup of water had ice in it.honestly just stop and go out of business if you can’t handle the basics. so many bad reviews i see. last time i go here.
