I ordered 6 burgers thru drive thru. Evidently they can’t count past 5 due to running out of fingers. Turned around had them remake my order and went back home. Turns out I messed up again when I asked them to ADD may to my sandwich, as in everything that normally comes in it in ADDITION to mayo, they made it only mayo. Clearly ADD and ONLY are difficult words to comprehend. Had to make another trip back this time I cut my losses and got a refund.

This is small inside at the Wendy’s. Look at the need to clean up the table and chair ..we went to Wendy’s to eat with family and brought hamburgers and fries and drinks and nuggets is good ok . Employees need to clean up the bathroom everyday and pick up trash outside to check up .. just see smile and wave to employees work..

I went there for lunch with my 5 year old son. The cashier that took our order was friendly and helpful. I love that they have a selection of salads since most fast food places don’t anymore and the ones that do are small. The salad was a good size. I also liked the fact that I was able to substitute the kids meal drink for a shake without having to buy a shake separately.

I’ll be deleting my app after my experience today. Got My order but made the burger exact opposite of what it was. Why would I order a bacon burger with no bacon?(not the only thing wrong with it) Took it back and they gave us an inch piece of bacon..didn’t realize they got our drinks wrong too! I did realized all 3 orders of our fries were cold but these people weren’t worth it and I will never be giving Wendy’s another penny:)

Food was cold, didn’t put my receipt in the bag as they said , Rushed me ordering my food , once received order it was wrong. Then the manager proceeded to argue with my husband so unprofessional and so was that crazy Halloween makeup she was wearing. Never going to the Navarro location again.
