This was our first Wendy’s stop since leaving California… this spot was fresh, quick, and friendly service. I did one of the Biggie deal meals I believe it was called. Double burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a soda… for 6 dollars… great value and fresh n hot. The store was very clean, and so was the parking lot. If you’ve got a trailer or motorhome, there’s a long strip to pull up on the side and park if need be. I was very satisfied with this location and would absolutely visit it again. It is also close to highway 96 i believe it was.. not sure, but it’s close to the highway for those that jump off, grab a bite, and get back to the road. Hope you enjoy your visit as well, and this review helps someone too.

The kiosk is a bit of a pain to order through. And we waited for a bit. Our food wasn’t hot and fresh even tho we had to wait. The fries were cold. I asked for no tomato, onion, or pickle on my burger. It was loaded with onions and a tomato. For 3 meals was almost $40. That’s a lot for fast food to not be hot, fresh, or accurate.

I went through the drive-thru on a weekday around 4:30p/5p with my little boys with me trying to place their orders at the same time as soon as they heard a response through the speaker. I still needed a moment & the order taker/cashier didn’t rush me. The staff was professional & gave good customer service. From the drive thru window, the restaurant looked very clean, neat & spacious. I couldn’t help by notice the staffs uniforms were also neat & tidy (no stains). In my experience, I’d definitely go back there & would recommend this location to others.

Ordered a #1 with a cold brew, chili and most importantly what made me come to Wendy’s my Frosty. The young man who took my order was very polite and very helpful in explaining the menu. I get my food at the window and the lady is rushing and almost forgot my drink. Mind you there were no cars. I leave and I’m close to Fannett by the time I realize my Frosty is missing. I called twice but no answer. I decided to turn around and go all the way back. I’m finally at the window and out of common courtesy one usually expects an apology of some sort instead the lady replies with “they tried waving you down” and shuts the conversation off. Then she forgot my spoon. I get it we all make mistakes but it’s the rude way she said it without an apology. Is this the same lady from the other reviews stating she was rude at the window? Because I totally agree with them.

They literally ignored me as I waited at the drive-thru window and tried to act like I wasn’t there. I know they saw me because I saw a reflection of the 2 workers there smiling at each other to just keep ignoring me. I had pulled in while one worker was going in to work too and I drove up to the window twice and nothing. This was Jun28,2025 at around 04:30a. I guess they didn’t want to work because there wasn’t any cars this early, but it is open 24 hours. They could of at least acknowledged me and told me some lie that nothing was ready or something so I wouldn’t waste my time!
