I typically don’t share personal experiences like this, but I feel it’s crucial to address a serious issue regarding the Wendy’s in Dayton, TX. My office girls went to this location for lunch, I asked them to bring me back a sandwich and one of the chicken sandwiches they brought back was clearly raw.
When we approached the manager to inform her and suggest checking their cooking equipment to prevent this from happening to anyone else, she was dismissive, rude and unhelpful. The manager, a short Hispanic woman whose name I didn’t catch, claimed she had no idea how old the sandwich was, despite us showing proof that we purchased it less than an hour ago.
She then called her supervisor and spoke only in Spanish, leaving me outside the loop regarding the conversation.
Their offers were a replacement sandwich or a refund, which is not what I was seeking. I’m not concerned about the money, my priority was to ensure that they understand the seriousness of serving raw food. I am extremely disappointed in Wendy’s and their lack of accountability in this matter.

I have mold on my breakfast sandwhich. Normally dont leave online reviews but I called and was unable to get ahold of anyone. Thankfully I used my points and didnt spend money on this but still upsetting because now im at work starving.
Note to staff please pay more attention to your food. Working in food as well I know that those English muffins can last a while in the freezer before being pull and to grow mold. Maybe those expired products out instead of just changing the label.

Went through drive thru. The order was repeated back correctly. However the burger was not made correctly. The sticker on the burger was right (only mayo, cheese & onions) the finished product was not right. Instead of onions or had lettuce. I had to go inside for them to remake the burger. I asked the employee if I could have some ranch. I was I was told there’s a 55 cent charge for each ranch. I wasn’t about to pay 55 cents for a ranch dipping sauce. Especially after they messed up my order and while I’m waiting for that to be remade the other food is getting cold. There is no reason they could not have given 2 ranch cups without a charge. Not the friendliest employees and the food was less than appetizing. This is the second time I’ve been to that location and both times they have messed up.

Will be calling Wendy’s head customer service number in the morning. First off, gave me a chocolate Oreo frosty when I asked for vanilla, put tomato on a burger I asked for no tomato on and left $15 worth of food out our bag. Didn’t find out until we got home. Called at least 20 times with no answer. No reason for that considering I’ve never seen more than one car there at a time. First time at Wendy’s and now our last.

I don’t know this staff… but any other day the restaurant is superb with food being hot and customer service is great… but tonight between 10pm and 10:30 pm the drive through lady was rude as hell because she couldn’t understand me to get the drink that I wanted to be for me to drink. I got 2 cold burgers and I refuse to let them remake it and spit in my food that’s how mean the service was.. I told her she didn’t have to be mean once she figured out the drink I wanted. She shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t care and let the sliding door shut. I hate when a restaurant worker doesn’t give great service that’s required and these type of eatery. I hate that this team caused a bad review

I usually never have an issue with my food. My issue comes from who I believe to be a manager, older lady with glasses. Always rude at drive thru, rushes through what she says and if you ask her to say it again, here comes the attitude. I ordered food, was charged wrong, I went back in to Get my money and her attitude made it seems like giving me my money back was an issue. I ordered lemonade, not cookies. Not sure if she has had a bad few days or if she just isn’t meant for customer service, but it gets really annoying when talked to like she does. And I myself work as an assistant manager in retail, so I know customer service. She needs to go back to training.

New restaurant is nice and I have been a long term Wendy’s fan for most of my life, well over 30 yrs- but this is NOT a good location. And it seems that no matter who is working there, it is the same, so it must be an upper management issue. Also the people there definitely need more quality coaching and training to do their jobs well. As a small business owner, I personally understand the need for customer service. For one thing, they are out of about half the drink selections every time we go, and you have to ask for drinks from behind the counter and wait in line….then theres the food. My burger was cold and flavorless, and not made correctly to order. The nuggets were a little hard like they were overcooked or sitting a while? The fries were soggy (not what Wendy’s fries are supposed to be- let that be for McDonald’s…) My wife’s salad had weird slimy texture on the vegetables, the tomatoes had a bad strong smell and the chicken was very hard and not edible. I say they dont have proper training because when you ask them to fix it, you sometimes have a hassle to get the order fixed and have to get a manager (which has been hassling the workers). After going here several times, we noticed the same things over and over again. The food isn’t made correctly to order, the food is not cooked correctly or burger not totally done in middle, also no paper towels in dispensers at hand washing stations, the one in mens BR was open and not working, and why doesn’t ANYONE WEAR GLOVES??? I thought that was a basic food safety requirement EVERYWHERE??! Every time we go, I cant remember seeing one single glove being worn! This clearly also indicates poor upper management and Im sure if corporate was involved they would not like this representation of their Wendy’s chain. Clearly, there’s much room for improvement! We will not be going back for some time!

Just went thru the drive thru and spent 38$, The baconator the meat was burnt, the fries were hard and cold. The chili was just awful, the apples in the salad were close to rotten. The chicken wrap was edible. The frosty was good. The dog got most of the food and he would not eat some of it. Called, the manager she told me she just got the store and will try to bring things up. No offer of any compensation. She did apologize.

Normally don’t leave reviews, but I think this place needs a personnel change. Burger grill wasn’t working due to employee carelessness. The sandwich and fries I ordered were overcooked and there was a female associate with a cigarette in her mouth when I drove up to the window. Very unprofessional, and very displeased with the food.
