They had a new chicken wrap on the menu which is a nice option if you don’t want to go too “heavy” lol,and I still got my fries! Friendly and FAST service as well! One thing I would highly suggest is to make the wrap with a thicker tortilla because it was already falling apart in my hands as I tried to eat it

I love this Wendy’s and the cashier did good taking my order as well dropped my nuggets fresh but then the lady name Undrea came over and told him in front of me 2 give me some other ones so rude. So I let her no I asked 2 wait for some that is fresh. Excellent customer service from the guy cashier who took my order but she shouldn’t be working customer service period.

the manager tonight made a mistake and gave my food away to a Doordasher driver I called my husband went up there to pickup my food and they made him go drive around to see if the Doordasher would hand us back our food we pleaded with her that we never did a delivery order it was a mobile order to pickup at the drive thru but she would not listen she kept insisting we had to call doordash to get our money back when all we wanted was our food. horrible service they really need to do something with that location!!!

I would like for Ismael the store manager to know how his team is performing while he is gone. I ordered through the drive through. 4 cars ahead of me and the young man to park in the pick up spot. After waiting about -10 minutes, I walked in and asked Ilsy why the car behind me got their order first and she responded with. “I don’t know why your order came in after that car.” And that was her response. She never apologized for the error. She was very dismissive. I know her answer to me was a lie. She gave them their order before mine because they ordered a lot of food. I would seriously consider giving Ilsy a training session on how to delegate work to get the job done. 5 people standing at the togo window doing absolutely nothing. The service here is unacceptable.

We placed a DoorDash order and a full hour had gone by and we never received our order. I tried calling them to see what was going on. Only to be hung up on. We placed the order through my moms account. Don’t DoorDash them if you actually want your food!

When there is a line of cars at the drive thru window and you’re next to order at the drive thru…AND YOU HAVE TO REPEAT YOUR ORDER 3 times! She repeats your order off the wall wrong! We drove away! 6/10/23 at 5:50 p.m. 4014 Spencer Hwy. Pasadena, Texas 77504. All I wanted was a #3! Simple! She states: Three number 10s?! 10 number 3s?! A 3 & a 10?! That was ridiculous and the worst experience ever! Management needs to do something here! Poor representation of Wendy’s!

The evening staff was very unprofessional. The manager was outside smoking and in the phone. The cashiers looked and sounded like they hated life, they would do negative sounds when I repeated myself. They gave me the wrong order and they still gave me attitude. Won’t come back to this location 🙂
