They cannot eat there!
The food is NOT GOOD! I ordered tenders and they gave them to me raw!
Then I ordered nuggets and they were even worse—raw and with old oil!
The fries were disgusting, and worst of all, the smell coming from the burger meat… I haven’t been able to leave my house because of diarrhea, and my son hasn’t stopped vomiting! IT IS NOT GOOD!

Every time I come here, something is wrong with an order or with the staff just being miserable at times. I always say hey let’s give him another chance.

Tonight I ordered two baconator meals one for me and one for my son. Neither one of them came with bacon.

Let me preface this with saying, I VERY rarely give reviews, but this was disgusting. Very rude drive thru employee. Argued with us when we said the door was locked. Literally the ONLY people at the place, no one inside, no one in the line. Kinda should’ve been our first clue, huh? My breakfast “burrito” was two 3″ square sausage patties rolled up with gross eggs, two pieces of crappy cheese and stuff that looks like it’s how your daddy got you here!! So unbelievably gross. My fiancé (a man who LOVES food) got a croissant and couldn’t finish it because it was tasted like it was made yesterday. Overall was just a really bad experience and I am extremely understanding of restaurants as I was a server years ago, but the rudeness and poor quality of food was just unacceptable. Definitely will never go back!

Order was correct & food hot, and good, workers tonight were nice and professional. Def felt like an assembly line, which is typical with people who work long days in service, but they were good! Manager is quick to help.

First off I would like to say I should not have to call three stores to try and get someone to pick up a damn phone that ik yall can hear ringing and I’ve called more than once. Second yall cooks need to watch how you cook your meat patties bc two of three of my patties is still raw at the end this is unnecessary especially not be able to get a hold of management to make a complaint

I always come here and 2 of the managers are rude as hell .. I asked for fresh fries and he got an attitude . Who wants cold fries when it’s not even busy .. then he told me to pull up when it wasn’t anyone else in the line .the young white guy or Hispanic was very rude and didn’t apologize for cold fries . My wife and I stopped for a quick $10 mobile order after being out all day. She was hungry and didn’t get her food. When I got there, the guy at the counter “couldn’t find it” and did nothing to fix it—no empathy, just argued. So many different ways to handle the problem.

I asked for the manager, I worked at Wendy’s when I was a kid and the managers bend over backwards to fix things… even if a customer was clearly just fishing for freebies… but this guy claimed to be the manager—no company shirt, no name tag. Had to snap a picture because he was being unprofessional and wouldn’t give his name.

He was rude to everyone—telling his employees they were worthless and incompetent, snapping at a woman who just wanted her drinks, and being unnecessarily harsh to a woman that didn’t speak English well that was trying to order. The guy in the middle had to shut him up and take over the situation.

I’m usually pretty chill, but his behavior really irked me. This guy has zero rizz, treats everyone like garbage, and blames others for things his bad attitude, lack of guidance and poor communication are causing. You are the problem bro.

He’s the one on the left. I feel bad for the people that have to deal with this guy daily. Dude needs a serious attitude readjustment.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition and management of the Wendy’s location in Katy, Texas. My recent attempt to dine in was marked by a series of issues that reflect a disregard for basic cleanliness, operational oversight, and guest experience.

Upon entering, I was immediately struck by an unpleasant odor and a sticky floor that felt as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned—much like stepping on dried soda. Not a single table in the dining area was clean, making it impossible to sit down without first attempting to wipe it myself.

More troubling was the apparent lack of accountability from the on-duty manager. While being friendly with employees can foster a positive work culture, it becomes problematic when authority is not exercised to ensure staff perform essential duties. For example, discussing cup refills while surrounded by a visibly neglected dining room signals a misalignment of priorities.

This location would greatly benefit from a structured cleanliness protocol—specifically, a shift checklist with timed entries and sign-offs to hold staff accountable through transitions. It’s disappointing to note that I’ve received significantly better service at locations staffed entirely by ESL employees, who consistently demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail.

I trust that Wendy’s values its reputation and the safety of its guests. I respectfully request this complaint be escalated for review, and that corrective measures be implemented to improve oversight and facility standards at the Katy location.

We wanted French fries and a vanilla frosty. We got room temperature fries and vanilla soft serve. The dining room floor was very sticky. The soda machine was dirty and gross. Lots of spills around and soggy napkins. The place was fairly empty except for two tables. Looked like a supervisor sitting at one table working on schedules, but I could be wrong. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Usually Wendy’s is not a bad place to go for something good. However this location was absolutely not worth it at all. Customer service was not to good, sounded like she didn’t want to be there, plus they got my order incorrect. Instead I received some dry pretzel sandwich when I ordered a double bourbon bacon burger. I just won’t goto this location again.
