I haven’t had a bad experience here in the past, but tonight was not great. The workers were standing around, talking with each other while there was a line of people in the drive thru. The cashier who took our order sounded irritated that we were in there. When we got our food, there was so much bun and almost no patty.

I have gone here a few times to continue giving it a try before I actually said what I wanted to say. But the food is never fresh, the fries are always hard and like they have been sitting there for some time before you order it’s so annoying even when I ask for fresh fries they still give me lukewarm fries. Which is annoying because sometimes that’s all I order is a large fry. Very annoying won’t be going back here.

The manager of this place is rude and not open to communication.
He acts like he owns the place, and now I understand why it’s empty.
The employees working with him seemed to be afraid of him.
It would be very helpful if someone properly explained your policies to him before putting him in charge of a business.

Even during the lunch hour the food did not seem fresh. Nuggets were soft, not firm or crispy. Burgers were meh. Fries were not as good as I have had in the past.

Genuinely do not know how Wendy’s as a whole is still in business. I have not been to a location where the food doesnt taste like wet dog. Never eating at Wendy’s again.

This has always been an okay location, service is okay, however not impressed with the saucy nuggets… basically just nuggets with the sauce (which you can get in packets) poured on it. I’ll still visit this location, just don’t recommend these.

8/10 will get your order wrong and they NEVER have frosties available. Rarely will they provide you a receipt unless you ask for it, and if you do they act like it’s a BIG inconvenience for them. Most of the time the person at the window won’t even acknowledge me or speak to me directly. Even after I tell them they got my order wrong (or gave me someone else’s order).
I do NOT like this location, and this location makes me never want to eat from Wendy’s again, and at this point I’m perfectly okay with that.

This is mainly a review about the host Evelyn who took my order. I asked for $8 bundle. I was then asked what burgers? I named one but wasnt given chance to name other so I received two of the same. She needs to slow down!
