Save your money and do not come here as the cost is way higher than quality. Your guaranteed to get refried fries or food. I had a asiago chicken sandwich and all I could smell was grease because it been sitting out so long before it was re-cooked for my order. I’ll never be going here again. Shut this location down, its an embarrassment to the franchise.

Afternoon workers are really rude. their whole attitude is they hate their job and forced to be their like kids at school ? worker made my food and gave it to me before the 2nd worker can fill up 2 drinks , put on lids , n pass it to me. No straws or tissue either. Night workers are way better

They didn’t want to solve the problem. I took it like, oh well, that’s all they have no refunds.No nothing to myself.I thought they can keep the change.They probably needed more than what I do.
What gets me they serving the drive thru carbonated water, instead of the drinks, and I was waiting for somebody to come in and say something.

every time i come here in drive through they make me park and wait for my food. yes i understand if it’s a big order and it’s busy but no. i’ve waited here for over 10 mins for small stuff like 10pc nuggets and fries. or just 1 biggie bag. this isn’t “fast food” and stop doing that to make your time go down.

Just tried to eat there, is 8:34pm, all closed. They just were taken drive-thru orders. I went there and asked about why they had dinner closed, the girl sounded super stoned, she said they close dinner at 10pm then regret it and said: “well, I don’t know why its closed, sometimes we close early, but yes, well, I don’t know”

I ordered food on doordash and received it in less than 30 min which was the only good thing. Most of the food was cold, I ordered a taco salad and did not get dressing, salsa, sour cream, or the chili that should have come with it. The tortilla chips were expired and their “fresh made salad’s” lettuce was wilted. Luckily, I received a refund from doordash but I do not recommend this location nore will I order from them again.

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Half of the drinks in the machine are unavailable. The order was wrong. A guy that was eating out at a table (maybe a worker/manager) wearing a muscle shirt went behind the counter to help, didn’t wash up first or glove up and was working the window and line. Just chaotic and unclean.
Then ordered Frostys to go and they got the sizes and flavors wrong.

This place needs to be closed down. Had to wait way too lng for my mobile order, then they gave me the completly wrong order. Had to go inside and try to get it correctly. Doesn’t help only one person inside spoke English, barely at that. It was filthy inside, still didn’t get what I wanted, and instead of the sauce I ordered for my nuggets I got a little tub of ketchup wrapped in plastic wrap, which was dumped in the bag.
