I spent $17.50 on a 10 piece regular nugget meal and I also purchased a six spicy nuggets and a small frosty. Got home to eat and my six nuggets was not spicy and they don’t even look like they were cooked all the way. what do we have to do to get what we ask for!!!!! were already paying more.

Very poor customer service experienced by drive thru staff. employee did not greet me at drive-through speaker. She had to be reminded to provide change back for an order payment. After checking order, I noticed portion was incorrect. I walked inside restaurant to address situation and drive-thru employee did not address me. Instead she had another employee address me after explaining why I return drive-thru employee laughed in my face multiple times. I noticed that she was also leaning on POS system using her phone – very unprofessional service at this location.

This was the worst damn service ever!!! Food was cold. No straw no napkins no recipe. Sat at the window on the drive thru waiting for someone to come to the window to address me so I could ask for a remake since they decided to give me yesterday’s food. Guy at the window taking orders said “what’s your order” like be so for real. I don’t expect much from a fast food chain however there was a “manager” standing in the kitchen. Furthermore why are your employees handing food with no gloves or hairnets on? Do better smh.

Who made these people work here? They act as if a draft came in every time a costumer enters the building, they have such long faces. Can’t even greet the costumer when we come into your store ? I came here one time and it was a bad experience for me. It was in 2015 that I came here because I lived in the neighborhood behind it. I went through the drive through to get lunch and everything I ordered in the drive through was completely wrong. I ordered 2 plain medium size cheeseburgers and 1 with everything on it but pickles . They gave me all the burgers with everything on it and so I went inside to complain and ask for them to fix it. Again they got it wrong, they gave me 3 plain junior burgers and again I told the manager you got it wrong again. So they made more burgers, they came back with 3 junior burgers with everything on it. I told the manager that I am not trying to be rude or disrespectful at all but I am getting really frustrated with this. I told them that I will give you one more chance to do this right. I told the manager how I wanted the burgers and finally they got it right. Expect the manager came out with the to go order and threw it on to the counter and said here is your lunch, did we get it right this time and she gave me a complete attitude about it because she was frustrated that she had to keep redoing the order after all the complaining I was doing. Just to get them to make the burgers right and I was being very polite and respectful towards them. I told the manager to drop her attitude and be more respectful and professional because her attitude was not a good and professional way to be acting in the workplace. Her response was (well i am very frustrated and I am tired of having to redo your burgers like this)
Yes it’s frustrating but at the same time, I am not at all a bad and disrespectful person. I was being so polite and respectful towards the employees that I would never raise my voice at anyone who tries to do their jobs correctly but this manager was off the charts mean and horrible towards her costumers. I don’t know if she is still there and I hope she isn’t because she doesn’t need to be working in a restaurant if she has an attitude problem.
I moved out of the area in 2020 during the pandemic and I live by another Wendy’s that is more kind and has more respectful employees.
If the manager is still there from 2015 then please be careful with her and if there is a new manager then don’t worry about it.

I really like Wendy’s breakfast but this location is either hit or miss. There’s usually only two or so workers who are chill in the morning, the food is like lukewarm ish like the two skimpy pieces of bacon not even crispy. The normal menu is fine, but please put some attention and care towards your breakfast.

Love the spicy chicken sandwich combo. Wendy’s is expensive but the quality is worth it. The natural cut fries and pineapple/Mango lemonade is delicious. There was honestly never a real debate over with chicken sandwich was the best. Wendy’s has Chick-fil-A and Popeyes beat hands down!!!

Food not fresh… A lot of young people not working towards the quality… The recipe here is not the same… The nuggets tastes funny… My food was not fresh and ready… I asked to refresh my total order.. It seems like I was I was given the same Bun… Thus my food was not completely refreshed…. This is not a store that stand behind the “quality is our recipe”
