This is one of the best Wendy’s layouts I’ve ever been to. The dining area is nice. Outdoor seating is cool. I like the hand washing station outside of the bathrooms. Probably cost the same to build this out as a standard Wendy’s, but it has a much more thoughtful design.
The food was standard Wendy’s. Food made a bit too fast and fried a bit too much. But, you don’t go there expecting anything else. I miss the days when they had a salad bar.
It threw me when I took out my bacon cheeseburger, and it had shredded lettuce. I thought I woke up in the wrong dimension. But, I got over it. Tasted the same. And, having worked at Wendy’s where my job was to tear palm sized, square lettuce pieces from heads of lettuce, I get why they made this change. Too much effort for limited gain.
Don’t forget a frosty! Chocolate, cause why would anyone get vanilla…

i’ve only been to this wendy’s three times and every single time they mess up. The first time i ordered i got a kids meal with honey mustard, they gave me bbq sauce and food was slightly cold. The second time i came with my boyfriend and they forgot his food. The third time i came which was today, i ordered my food with a pink lemonade. when receiving my order they gave my regular lemonade and when i told them they fixed it then aggressively shoved the lemonade in my hand and released it with an attitude and stared at me until i drove off. very weird behavior and wont be coming back due to that.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been stuck in. Over 17 mins to get my order with only 3 cars in line. Didn’t get the hot sauce or ketchup I asked for, rather got signature sauce. Didn’t get a straw either. Avoid this pit.

POOR MANAGEMENT. I called and was very polite. I was about to place a door dash order, and a gentleman or lack there of answers the phone. I said Hello may I please speak to the manager? His response.. what is this regarding?? I said Oh it’s about a door dash order I am about to place.. his response I’m listening .. I sis dyes you can let the manager know that’s all it’s about.. his response I am the manager !! I said Oh you never stated that so I was no aware you were the manager my apologies.. his response.. well if I asked what it is regarding obviously I’m the manager. Woooow horrible service. I said well sometimes the regular crew will ask what is regarding to relay the message to the manager.. but you know what it’s okay. I just won’t proceed with my order. Thank you .. and I hung up. Wendy’s do better with who you hire. It is November 14, 2025 and the time I called was at 10:50pm he sounds Hispanic (not a surprise) usually pretty rude from my personal experience. Anyway Whataburger it is!!

Not once but twice they messed up my order. Once thru DoorDash and again when my husband went up there to make sure they got it right. I ordered a double stack with cheese only and got a single stack with everything on it with DoorDash. Husband walked in and ordered at the counter and when I opened my burger it was again a single stack with everything including bacon. I called to complain about this experience but no one answers the phone. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience.

I have tried to give this establishment my business several times and they continue to disappoint. I specifically tell them every time that our family has a dairy allergy and that we do not want any cheese on the burgers. Every single time they manage to put cheese on one or more of our burgers. I will not be returning and will be sharing my displeasure with whoever will listen. Get it together Wendy’s!
