I often used to go to this particular Wendy’s, but a year or two or ago the quality of the service plummeted. I went there again for the first time in a while, and they forgot half my order. I got the chili and baked potato I ordered, but not my chicken nuggets or burger. I went in to ask them to make it, which they did, and 10-15 minutes later I got them. Then when I got back to the house I realized they also forgot my fries. I guess its my fault for not catching it. Shame this particular Wendy’s is still terrible, Wendy’s in general has great tasting food, but I’d suggest avoiding this location.

Worst Wendy’s ever ! Service is terrible . They will not even speak when you drive up to the speaker or they will tell you to wait a minute and then totally ignore you. I understand waiting a minute but they will straight up ignore you until you drive off I’ve had this happen at least 10 times at this location mostly during night time ! Also when they actually do take your order you’ll be waiting for at least 15 minutes and you’ll be the only person in the line and they always mess up your order ! I’ve ordered the bacon pub burger and they always forget the pub cheese ! ! Really bad service !!!!

2 stars for the friendly staff but that’s the extent of it. The dinning area was dirty and had food everywhere, the ketchup dispensers were broken/empty, and a wasp was flying around so after they fixed the mistake on my order, we left. I couldn’t finish my meal- I was too grossed out. The kid needed to use the bathroom and it was disgusting.

Ordered the Pretzel Bun burger and was given a regular burger. When I brought it to their attention I was told they were out of Pretzel Buns. When asked why he let me order it if they didn’t have it I just got a blank stare. People from the drive thru were parking and coming in for the same reason. Bought a $12 burger and was given a $5 burger. Won’t ever go back to this location.

Sunday, June 25, 2023, around 3pm.. six salads on the menu, I ordered one, but they said they had none, so I ordered some kind of Asiago sandwich, took a few bites and decided to cut it in two as it was too large to eat, when I cut it in two I couldn’t determine what the sandwich meat was, then I realized it was chicken and it was raw, I mean just out of the meat case raw, I felt sick that I had taken a bite or two before I saw this, disgusting. The young staff were most apologetic, but I still can’t get over that I ate raw chicken at a fast food place. Obviously, this is my last visit to Wendys.
