There’s apparently no rating low enough for my last visit. I’ll never go to Wendy’s again because I can’t get the image out of my mind. I tried to call and use the chat unsuccessfully so I’m going to warn anyone who cares they are serving bugs in their food. My wife’s potato had the insect in the picture which I can’t identify.

Wendy’s is already expensive, but it’s even more expensive when I go, buy a meal, and don’t get the burger. Then I called and they hung up and refused to answer the phone. Really Wendy’s? It’s already not a top 5 restaurant that I go to and when I do go this is what happens? Trash management and workers, 1 star and 5 thumbs down never returning even if my kids want it, which they never do.

Honestly, I don’t even know what happened. I’m in utter shock right now, so I literally just went through the drive-through and I see the guy coming out with my food and in the other hand he’s holding a roach by its antennas. He goes up to my car with the roach in his hand and ask me “you’re not scared of them” I say no and then proceeds to try to pass me the roach.Mind you my hands out for my food. I grab my hand back but he tries to put the roach in my car. I told him no just throw it out side and that when he does finally And then gives me my food.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. When you walk in to the restaurant it’s over 1000° in there because the AC is broken. Almost all the menus don’t work. And it took them over 20 minutes to make eight nuggets and one Junior cheeseburger. when asking about the food, the employee said “sorry we gave your food to the wrong people“. Then, when attempted to give the correct food, they gave us the wrong order. This establishment needs new management ASAP or just to be shut down Taco Bell next-door is better anyways.

I usually come to this location with the wife and kids to eat, at least twice a week. As of lately the food quality has dropped increasingly. Today both of the spicy chicken sandwich #6 tasted like pieces of rubber, we couldn’t even eat it. We were disgusted with the food.

Went to the Wendy’s off 1960 and 59 in Humble Tx, I order a spicy chicken sandwich meal with no tomatoes. They gave me a sandwich with just chicken and bread, here is a picture of some nasty lettuce that was put on my sandwich. This is the only piece they put and it looks disgusting, like they gave me the trash piece. I am very upset and I will not be returning. This is terrible service.
