Whichever evening shift guy was taking orders thru the drive at today 3/4/2026 needs to be written up. I’m outside the drive thru for a good 5 minutes before someone starts my order which was him and he’s rushing me the whole time not letting me finish what I was trying to order. I was polite thru out the whole thing and when given my food I asked nicely if that was all of it. He yells yes and slams the drive thru window. Even then I took his word for it and when I got home I’m missing half my stuff. Horrible experience at this Wendy’s never again.

Always check your order. Not helpful at all when you at work looking at the wrong sandwich demanding a refund. They have to see it and come back to the restaurant. Dont worry never coming back here. I hope this reaches out to corporate. This location cant read a god damn food ticket to save a customer.

Hit or miss. Mostly miss. If you’re feeling lucky and you really have a hankering for a square burger patty, then by all means, knock yourself out. But with combo meals easily at a $10 price point, the ice machine and soda dispenser should always work. It should be a crime to accept a customer payment without fully disclosing that the equipment is off-calibrated and has no ice! I highly suggest you visit the restroom, check for ice, and ensure your soda of choice is clearly available BEFORE placing your order! Then you will at least have the final say as to whether you are feeling lucky today! This place is in a great location and not another Wendy’s for miles.

Cashier had attitude and didn’t appreciate his job. Making faces and having attitude and rolling his eyes. Cashier doesn’t like his job and was rude to me because I decided to buy 4 meals for my family. Wendy’s needs better staff.

And the app seems to never work there so you never get to use points or coupons

I hardly go to Wendy’s in the first place. But my family wanted to go and use a few coupons that we received in the mail. So I thought it would be so much easier going in, so that’s what we did. First off, the lady behind the corner couldn’t read the coupons, and I had to read them for her. Second, Elizabeth couldn’t understand me. Third, for utensils, I received two knives for my cobb salad and no napkins. Luckily, I just happened to have extra napkins on me from another establishment. I thought going in would of been so much easier, I was wrong. Taco Bell is right next store. Save yourself a hassle and go there instead of this place.

Food over cooked. Sandwich dripping with hot grease to the point where it burned my face when I bit in. Hair in the fries… see photos. When we addressed it when the employees they blew it off and said they didn’t know what it was. We practically had to beg for a refund and we were only refunded $10 after spending over $40 on all of the food. Will not be returning to this location.

This Wendy’s is extremely frustrating for delivery drivers. The location is understaffed, orders take a long time, and most delivery payouts are only $2–$3, which makes the wait unacceptable. On top of that, the sign says dine-in opens around 7 a.m., but the doors are often locked with no notice, forcing drivers to walk back to their cars and wait in the drive-thru. If dine-in isn’t actually open, they need to post a clear sign. This is poor customer service and Wendy’s needs to fix it.
