Ordered food for a large group and was let down by the experience at this Wendy’s location. I’ve always enjoyed Wendy’s, but this time was different, and not in a good way.
I spent a lot of money here (almost $100) because I was ordering for my family, but the quality just didn’t match the price. By the time I got home l, which is only about 5 minutes away l, everything was already cold. The fries were stale and soggy, and one of the burgers (a spicy chicken sandwich) was completely dry and made hours earlier. Even worse, none of the burgers were labeled, so we couldn’t tell which one was which l, especially frustrating when ordering for a group with specific preferences.
We decided to go back to get the stale items replaced. While the staff did remake the food, the customer service was disappointing. The manager and team didn’t offer any kind of apology or courtesy. They simply took the bag and remade the items, no questions asked, which sounds good in theory, but the lack of basic acknowledgment or even a simple “sorry about that” made it feel like they just didn’t care.
Not expecting VIP treatment, but when you spend that much and get subpar food and cold service, it’s hard to justify coming back. Really hope this location improves.

I went to the drive through at 1pm and they said no breakfast but the whole menue wasn’t changed to lunch. I asked the guy he started smiling talking to the coworker in spanish. They were so rude acted like they had no idea. While ordering they had so much attitude. When I didn’t even have a menue to choose from. Pathetic.

Went through there and bought just the cobb salad and I open it up and the eggs are rotten smelling. It looks fine but the smell was overwhelming. I called and thankfully they said they’d replace it for me when I get off of work but I used my entire lunch to drive over there pick it up and come back and I work 10-12 hour shifts so having nothing to eat until I get off is very disappointing.

My wife and I came here bc I told her this was the healthiest fast-food burger chain. We tried a single cheese burger combo, spicy chicken sandwich and a small chilli. Although the burger tasted fresh, it just was way too dry. Fries tasted fresh but became soggy very quick. We enjoyed the Chicken sandwich but Popeyes still comes No. 1 with Chick-fil-A right behind them. I’ve had their chilli several times and it’s always out of this world. It has so many layers of flavor that have me coming back for more bites. They also provide crackers and chilli seasoning to add to your preference.

So Wendy’s has been a REALLY great spot to grab and go. I will STRESS location is key. So after a long day & nearby business activities Wendy’s was the decision to feed my starved emptiness. My beau fries were hot fresh & lightly salted to taste, just like we like it & USUALLY are greeted with but my grilled chicken wrap, thankfully discounted with coupon STRONGLY made me not get a refund at first bite. Chicken dry though veggies seemed fresh. Literally had to reverse and get SOMETHING to top the dryness aside from my saliva that tried to help me swallow. I don’t normally patronage Mission Glen/Hwy6 between bissonett & bellaire but today wasn’t an impression that will bring me back. Didn’t mind much the chat among employees however cashier seemed tired & ready to go. Not to mention couldn’t answer a good inquiry. Again that might have been the que to leave and go somewhere else but I am tired & starving from my day and WELL previous stops (Wilcrest & Westheimer) at Wendy’s were nice. LOCATION is everything!!!!

It’s a shame, I came to pick up my order and they told me to go to the parking lot and wait. So, to pick up my order, I stood in the rain and waited. While they prepared it. It seems logical.

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in years, but the burgers were juicy and yummy just as I remembered. The manager at this location was very nice, and the staff was very helpful.
When I was a kid we used to dip our french fries into our milkshakes… The sweet and salty flavors go well together… try it! 🙂

Came to the drive thru line with a friend. We had two separate orders. We were told that we can only complete one order at a time. My friend had to drive back around the building to get in line behind two cars while when we first pulled up there was no line. The food wasn’t fresh. And there was no regard for the inconvenience or explanation as to why the employee couldn’t take both orders at the same time in the first place. When we went back around to the speaker the employee needed the order to be repeated more than twice because she didn’t understand. This experience was ridiculous.

Very quiet atmosphere and constantly clean. The staff is very polite and quick with service. Food is consistent hot and delicious. I do want to highlight Joshua who provided exceptional customer service. He’s definitely going high places. I don’t leave many reviews so this should tell you something.
