This Wendy’s used to be one of the better stores here. Now employees are not friendly, they’re very short with you and it feels “like here’s your order, next”. The nuggets used to be so good, now they’re not crispy and you get fewer for your dollar. The value drink was literally in the small frosty cup. And I paid $1.69 for it! What happened? This isn’t the size a value drink used to be. I asked the lady is this really he value drink now? She says “yes, don’t ask, me that’s them”. This is the last time I spend my hard earned money at any Wendy’s.

Went to pick up my teams lunch made the mistake of doing drive thru. Couldn’t hear a word the person inside was saying over the speaker.
I had a decently large order. About 5 meals.
They forgot an entire sandwich. I didn’t get any of the sauces i had to fight for over the intercom.
Also my burger was pink on the inside indicating that the food was not fully cooked.
Got to be one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
Only good thing was staff was nice.

Waited for a long time to bring out a sandwich that was not ready with the rest of the food and was so hungry that I started eating it and noticed a strange taste and saw the meat was greenish.

I ordered two breakfast meals through the drive thru and the fries were cold. I had to go inside and ask for a fresh batch. They did make them fresh for me which took an extra 2-3 minutes, but I felt like that’s something that the kitchen should be aware of: how long have these been sitting here? Don’t you also need to know expiration dates? How is time under the heat lamp any different? Everyone was nice and friendly and the rest of the meal was delicious.

They have terrible service the little guy in the drive thru is too saucy and needs to calm that attitude down. The manager can’t speak English and is very rude . I hated the service. They had the doors locked at 8:30 p.m but there was 2 losers in the lobby laughing at me through the window trying to get in. It was perfectly acceptable to have them sitting in the lobby meanwhile customers weren’t allowed in. I will be glad when they fire some of these useless workers. EXTREMELY long line and terrible service I’m surprised they are in business. Failure to communicate in English to the customers is not acceptable .

I’ve never rated a fast food this low but if I could have given it a negative 1 then I would have. This location is garbage and needs to be shut down. Employees are rude as hell. The store was empty express for one other customer, so why are the tables dirty? I ordered the panko fish sandwich which was overcooked and so hard until it was inedible. I will NEVER visit this location again. I mean that with every fiber of my being.

Really dumb employee and manager both got my order of chicken nuggets wrong like come on it’s chicken nuggets I told them regular and got spicy two times sooo I made them remake my nuggets and got 8 for free ♀️

2 orders of the same thing cost $30. The portions and quality of food served did not equal the amount of dollars spent. The fries had no flavor and the burgers appeared as if they had sat out over night, and super small.

Solid Wendy’s. I mobile order dine-in for lunch and they’ve always got my order correct and on-time. Plenty of wide parking spots and big lot. Only minor complaint is a gigantic pothole at one of the driveways but that’s Houston for ya. At least the pothole is avoidable.

Drive through service was quick even though it was peak hours. The nuggets I got were only warm. The avocado salad exceeded my expectations. The inside of this location is renovated and well decorated. Very inviting for a fast food restaurant.
