Wendy’s seriously needs to improve their customer service. The staff was completely unprofessional and showed no sense of urgency at all. I waited far longer than anyone should have for a simple order, and no one seemed to care or apologize for the delay. The employees were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. It’s disappointing because Wendy’s food is usually good, but the lack of professionalism and urgency from the team made this a frustrating experience.

Horrible experience, took me 10 minutes to order a fries and frosty since the cashier seemed to not know how to use the POS. The cashier would leave during this interaction then come back. After waiting for my order, they only started it once they saw me come up to ask about it and then forgot some of the items I ordered. To me it seemed as though it was everyone’s first day – maybe it was but nonetheless an absolute travesty.

This is my favorite salad! The Apple Pecan Salad with Chicken. While it’s not a burger and greasy it is lower calories but is alot of your daily intake amount if you are counting and it’s actually high in Carbs but still very delicious and filling. This was only the half order and only around $5.
