Well to start off… I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my food. When I received my burger, it was ice cold and the tenders were stale…. it looked like they were cooked in old grease and tasted like it too… also seems like that had been sitting under heating lamps for quite some time. Don’t think I will be going back. Ih, I forgot to mention the horrible smell… I spent $30 on crap and I am so freakin disappointed

Food was fresh, hot and quick. Only complaint was that the new buns used for burgers, the bottom got soggy. But we will return and ask for an alternative bun if possible. Its hard to find a good fast food with great customer service and quick service.

The new Wendy’s in Harker Heights is very nice from the staff to the decor. Their food is always hot and fresh when I eat it. My one “dislike” is the AI voice at the drive-thru. Although it catches everything you say, that can cause confusion. If you say anything that sounds like you’re finished ordering, the voice will tell you to pull forward. When you try to add something else there’s usually no response from the voice. However, the employees inside are always listening and will respond to your request. I’ll just have to get used to it I guess.

This location is becoming just like the location in Killeen. For over a week the Frosty machine was down. I called before I went up there this evening and asked if the machine was working. They said yes. I recieved chocolate milk.
Fries were good. Properly salted and hot.
Burger wasn’t hot. But the patties weren’t chili meat so that was a plus.

Today I feel they must have been careless with my order. Reason being, i upgraded my meal to a large, and received a box that was nearly empty. I would have took it with a grain of salt but then took a drink of my beverage that was supposed to be a unsweetened tea. I tried to contact them and wouldn’t you know their voice mail is full. Get it together Wendys!
