I just finished this review on a car wash that was terrible and then it said how was Wendy’s I forgot about Wendy’s let me go ahead and do this real quick I got pictures and I needed to go talk to the general manager because this is not acceptable. 24 bucks two combos burgers were trash fries were not high One of the drinks was not good I had to go back through the drive-thru get another one Wendy’s fountain drink machines are trash they don’t use traditional boxes for when I understand of syrup he use some kind of flavor cartridges and let me just tell you that is not an improvement it’s about 50 steps backwards might as well just have water. I’m not sure what the deal was who they had making the burgers but there was like no lettuce very little lettuce skimped lettuce like his lettuce expensive not really I could see cheese or beef or anything else but lettuce come on man lettuce is filler. No lightsabers no saluting no Star wars you guys don’t even deserve Star wars you don’t even deserve a reference of Star wars associated with your business just be Wendy’s that’s trash I see that In-N-Out Burger next door is destroying y’all I guess that shows what cooking stuff fresh and fries to order will do for a business Good job in and out burger bad job Wendy’s I’m going to put pictures

The inside of the restaurant is an absolute mess, photos attached. We walked in and waited about 10 minutes to have our order taken. My daughter loves sponge bob and wanted the Krabby Patty meal which is the only reason I stayed to order. The drink machine was nasty with soda everywhere, every drink we wanted was out of order. When I got my drink side sprayed everywhere, I went to the restroom to clean my hands and it was a disaster as well. Then they didn’t have vanilla frosty for the drink that goes with the meal my daughter wanted so badly. At this point I just hope the food is at least half way decent. I will not go here again nor recommend anyone to go there. Drive farther to a cleaner more appeasing establishment.
Not sure how to rate the food, we ordered our food at 7:45 and at 8:27 I asked for a refund.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Food was cold even though I had to wait at the drive thru window for 15 minutes while they were making it “fresh”. Then I had a large coke with my meal and the gave me a small drink that tasted like sprite and coke. On top of that the customer service was horrible, workers were rude. I understand what it’s like working in this industryand I know it can be stressful, however if I’m being respectful and kind I would hope you could be as well. Anyway I rate 0/10, kinda don’t want Wendy’s EVER AGAIN !!

Husband ordered 7 triple burger. I refuse to eat their beef or burgers and this is why. Had to wait in line an hour. Husband complained after eating one of the patties that it’s raw. I finally looked at it and couldn’t believe how raw it was. I refuse to come to Wendy’s ever again. I submitted complaint with the FSIS. Hopefully they inspect this place or upgrade the cook. Or shut the place down.

We ordered a 4 piece nugget kids meal with bbq sauce. There was no bbq sauce, ketchup or even napkins in the bag. The fries were cold and to top it off, the entire kid meals bag advertises DC and the different figures you can collect only for there to be a Mister potato toy inside. huh?

This location is always closed, missing items, or running out of something. Wait times also suck. I like the breakfast, but that morning crew seems to HATE making breakfast and looks for excuses to serve slowly or lie about not having something. Your best bet is to drive a little further towards Ft. Hood St, or find one in Heights.

I don’t know what’s wrong with this place I’ve only been there twice and I’m never going again they always mess up my order or rip me off. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget for my son and I got seven, my burger was a single and was supposed to have bacon and it’s a double with no bacon. They’re always out of something until you always have to be ready with a Plan B and see when you go there. I wish I had a receipt but they didn’t have my receipt nor did they offer me a receipt and when I asked for it they said they didn’t have paper. What is a good place to go when you want to wait to be disappointed.

Love drinks options. It was a Good choice to place that machine for making different flavored sodas. Fries were amazing. Avocado BLT was good too. It was a bit messy in the building at 10 pm.

Fast service but it’s clear that the Dave’s single was pre-made. Fries were cold and rough. It’s a shame, too. They normally use a tasty seasoning salt on then. Tasted like they used old oil that needed to be replaced. You could taste it on the nuggets too.
Customer service was friendly, though.
