I did not start out trying to become a regular customer at this Wendy’s; however, that is how it ended up. This only happened for 3 reasons. They are consistent, caring, and clean. Even if you just pretend to care, which I do not see happening here, I am fine with the attempt and appreciate it. You cannot fake consistent and clean. I have never got the wrong food, even though they are human. I have never got food I thought sat in the freezer or under a heat lamp too long, and I always got it with a smile, thank you, or even recently a nice philosophical and mildly political conversation with one of the female managers without political conflict, lol. Now here is where I will turn this review sideways…I also think Wendy’s breakfast is better than McDonald’s. Fight me! LOL. Honestly, this Wendy’s has become part of a morning routine that has helped me. The food is consistently how I like it and how I order it. Why not write a review so others can enjoy it as I have…so, this is that attempt. Thank you, Wendy’s staff, on I-20 in Cisco, TX. You have earned my returned business and brand recognition.

I absolutely cannot praise the Road Ranger Wendy’s crew enough! they are absolutely delightful. They are always so kind and so positive every time I stop in. I literally stop by every chance I get because i know my food will be made correctly and that they will be super polite… this is the Wendy’s to go to!

I can’t say enough good things about this location. As a truck driver working in the area this is my go-to spot. 1st of all, The food is ALWAYS fresh, I never believed the slogan “Fresh, Never frozen” until visiting this particular Wendy’s. Not only the food, but the restaurant and restrooms are fresh (super clean) as well. The staff is the nicest group of people you’ll meet. to experience a staff member asking if everything is ok with the food and if I need anything was a different experience in a fast food restaurant. If you’re passing through Cisco, Tx on I20, stop by and experience it yourself, you won’t regret it!

This is hands down the best Wendy’s to visit! Always clean. The food is always fresh and hot. And the crew is fabulous! The GM, Wayne McKissick, is clearly loved by his staff and always has a smile on his face, ready to make your visit to his store memorable!

We’ve eaten at this Wendy’s a lot when we stop in Cisco. I’ve never had a problem here. Last time, the fries were hot and the burgers are good.
They have order kiosks and they’re pretty fast. Never had to wait long.

Shoutout to Wayne! Every time I stop by, the food’s fresh, the crew’s on point, and the service is top-notch. You can tell Wayne runs a tight ship and really takes pride in what he does. If every fast food spot had a GM like him, the world would be a better (and tastier) place!

A quick stop to grab a bite to eat. This particular visit would have been better off grabbing something out of the store area. The burgers tasted off, like they had been around for a few days. NOT hot and fresh. No melted cheese. The toppings were bigger than the burger. The fries were pretty much hot and fresh. The customer service could have been better. It is off putting but yet a little assuring when an employee is behind the counter mopping. It took a few for a person to come up and take the orders of the people waiting in line.

had a bad experience at a Wendy’s in Temple Texas so I had quit dining from them. How were they opened a brand new Road Ranger Travel Center out here on 20. So I thought I’d go in and give it a try. I have to say I was very impressed, the food was hot and fresh which was my complaint last time. The help was very friendly and eager to serve. I think maybe that they can get better help out here then back in Dallas-Fort Worth jobs are plentiful. The restaurant was very clean and doing a Brisk business. I had no complaints. I hope it keeps it up and not just because it’s new.
