“I suggest your cashiers clean their ears and stop laughing at customers. I specifically ordered a burger with three patties and repeated it several times. They still gave me one with only two, refused to fix it, and I was forced to buy another burger. To make matters worse, they were giggling and laughing because they felt they had ‘tricked’ me. This is incredibly disrespectful!”

I have always had a good experience at this Wendy’s. The service towards a customer at this Wendy’s is what other fast food restaurants should prioritize at their establishment. Food here is, as advertised, “Fresh, never-frozen beef, and Square’s the beef®.”

Was hesitant to stop at this Wendy’s with some of the other reviews. It’s attached to a travel center/gas station, so figured I’d give it a stop.
Biggie Bag was as good as any other Wendy’s. Cashier was fun and kind, which was nice at 3 AM.
The other reviews are cause for caution, but certainly not a norm here.
